Such treatment of clients proves the company's unprofessional approach to the undertaken cases. At the beginning, everything looks nice and beautiful, your contact is great, you can ask about everything, receive reliable information on the current progress of the case. The problems begin when everything is buttoned up and we have to wait for the transfer from the company. As your client, I receive information about the specific date of the transfer, then the deadline is changed, and finally it turns out that the money has not been sent so far. The financial department does not answer the calls, you can hang on the handset for half a day (I made over 50 calls in one day), and still, there is no chance to talk to anyone responsible for finances. After all, you also have a time limit for crediting the payments that you received as representatives of your clients. I am waiting for your reaction and reply when I receive the funds due to me.
