There is simply no other option if you are looking to have your European car's performance unleashed. Great staff and facility.

No proffesionalism at all. Called for a quote and was told they would call me back. I called a few days later I thought they forgot. Today he said he did not froget but to busy to work on my car. Could have said that the first time.

I took my car into eurocharged to have my injectors replaced and they went beyond my expectations. Phil was very friendly and helpful, he was very communicative and updated me throughout the entire process. If you want quality work I would highly recommend eurocharged! Huge thank you to everyone there!

I brought my 15 Aventador to them for an $800 oil change. It was way overfilled with oil (4 quarts), caused a ton of smoke and put the car in limp mode. Had to get the car towed to the Lambo dealer to have it done properly. I also had a tire issue, they couldn't find the hole but after bringing it to the tire shop, they found and fixed it in 10 minutes. Did not have the best experience here. The mechanic was very nice but I don't think they are too experienced with Lambo oil changes. I feel like Eurocharge did training with my car which isn't cool, waste of my time and waste of my money. I reached out to Phil but didn't hear back. Wouldn't recommend

New owner Solomon, definitely knows how to take care of customers, came in for my transmission oil change on my stage 2 jetta GLI today. Quoted me one hour of labor, vs other shops wanting to charge double .

Kind of a long story, as ECU tunes can be problematic at times. I put downpipes on a V12 AMG. Although it sounded great because of the downpipes, the car felt sluggish, so either the tuner at the time either didnt tune the car (even though i paid for it) or put a bad tune on the car. it was running very rich and felt wimpy. of course they went out of business shortly thereafter. I called the guys at eurocharged and they offered to help me out with a flash. got the ECU back in 72 hours not expecting much. but finally, this car finally runs right and pulls like a freight train. best of all - no more CEL for cat delete. Jerry, Sean, Akram, and the whole eurocharged team went above and beyond! cant thank them enough. now i LOVE this car!!! Thank you!!

My coworker recommended this place for any BMW or Mercedes repair as they specialize in European vehicles. I brought my 335i in for a diagnosis regarding my boost leak and they fixed it quickly. John was very friendly and helpful, thanks.

After purchasing my 2009 BMW I wanted a reputable shop to do performance modifications and to build out this car for a purpose. After speaking with Phill who had a wide knowledge on my car he set me up with a preformance package to make my car fast. 10/10 would Highly recommend going here. I purchased an ECU tune for my Mercedes C300 and I couldn t be happier. Power gains are tremendous and throttle response is instant. Casem and Jerry are great guys to work with. Eurocharged is awesome! We had issues getting my 2019 c63s to take the tune and these guys worked hard to get me going. The tune is amazing it completely changes the car into a beast! I primarily worked with Casem he was awesome and had excellent customer service. Can t wait to go stage 2 with downpipes!

The staff is friendly, respectful, professional and efficient. I ordered the V7 ECU tune for my Mercedes C63 and they were very courteous and responsive. My car drives and sounds even meaner than before which I didn t think was possible. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Recently acquired a 2005 S600 AMG. As if 493HP wasn't enough, a friend suggested I contact Eurocharged for a Black Friday sale ECU/TCU tune for increased performance and reliability. So I said, sure why not. I got in contact with Solomon via email to verify the mailing process as he was very responsive and helpful. I live in Boise, ID so I had to remove my computers and mail then in. I sent them in and had them back in 6 days. Tuesday to the next Monday. Great turn around time! Installed the computers and Wow! Their tune increases the engine output to 593HP and 695Ft/Lbs of torque, just Wow! Response is awesome, torque management is great. With all the power, the S600 sticks and pulls like a freight train. Overall, a great experience with their staff, product, and price!

I have had 100 percent positive service from eurocharge in Houston. Having a 2018 gle43 supertuned produced xclent advance in horsepower and huge in torque. With ease of removing ecu and sending it fed ex and back to me in two days is additional confidence in this company. Solomon is manager and responds as fast and courteously as possible, with honesty. I had another c43 that I had tuned as well that had a few glitches due to mercedes exhaust, and that was remedied quickly. Its a lot of power and service for the money.

Took my 2009 Mini Cooper to Eurocharged to get it raised back up because my coil-overs were adjusted wrong. They took care of my Mini Cooper in a timely fashion and had it back to me in the same day. I plan to take it back to get more work done here soon. Thanks for everything y all are the best.

Jerry and every single person I have dealt with at eurocharged are awesome! I had a question I sent at 12 PM PST and when I woke up Jerry had already responded to me personally. The tune on my c63 amg is amazing! The way everyone at eurocharged was able to wake this car up, it s a night and day difference! If you are looking for a company who stands behind and their work delivers quality results look at eurocharged!

By far one of the worse experiences I had to go through. It s where a tuner company meets Comcast. The day my tune was scheduled, the tuner was on his way out to catch a flight. Not sure if he forgot, or if our appointment wasn t communicated. So, I go back to get my tune and find out that something went wrong with getting the file onto my ecu. I got over 100 error codes and received multiple error messages on my dash about issues with my suspension (etc.). They couldn t even clean up the mess the made by clearing the codes! They then said they need some to work on the file and start from scratch. I go back once more, and wait for 3 hours to find out they can t tune the car. I had to take my car back to the dealership to reprogram my ecu because they screwed it up. On top of it all, I constantly felt like I was being lied to. Nothing seemed to add up. Now I m battling them for my refund for the past week and had to dispute the charge with my bank.

I cannot begin to tell you about my experiance with eurocharged.The flexability they have to help you out in every way possabe is unseen. I am truley impressed by the service i was given by everyone over at eurocharge Houston. From the begining speaking with Solomon to the end speaking with Jerry to everyone else in between.I had my 09 c63 amg tuned by these guys and i have never experiance such an amazing job that was done. I am more than satisfied with the product.The turn around time was like no other,even though it was a holiday weekend they still managed to get everything done in less then a couple days. Honestley i went to eurocharge for the tune but im staying for the customer service that i received threw out my transaction period. I will deffly be a long time customer.

So unfortunate that I called to have work done here. The staff from the owner to shop manger to receptionist were very unprofessional. Gave a price over the phone . I got the appointment . Dropped the car . Talked to the owner was nice at the moment . I left and got the call from shop manager to tell me it going to cost me double what he told me . I tried to have them speak with owner AJj but they couldn't get hold of him . I went back to talk to the owner but phill shop manager came out and said it is what it is. I asked him is there any thing he could to for the price but he straight-up refused my business. He said he do not have the time to work on the car. I Have gotten work done before on my car here they gave me run around last time but I wanted to give them another chance to make it right this time I was so wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE. , unprofessional, rude unethical. Thanks for waisting my time .

So I brought my 2015 M4/F82 in to do downpipes, intake, spark plugs, stage 2 tune, charge pipes, oil change and a few other maintenance items. These guys do everything,and they do it well. Prices are fair for the quality of work that they do. I will be bringing my car back here for anything and everything. I trust these guys whole heartedly with my car. Solomon will take care of you and the turn around is fast . They deliver on the promises that they make. If you bring your car here you won't be disappointed.

These guys are the best tuners hands down and offer a ton of services for all Brands and models. They even sell, buy, and trade cars.

Dishonest - Called them to get a quote, Main place in Dallas and they gave me a quote for 1400 , and then that was after I talked to their other location that gave me a price of 899.99 So if i never checked I would have been taken advantage of. Shame on them for doing this.... I will not use their company because of this.....

Dishonest and unprofessional! the mechanic broke my front bumper and as usual said it was already broken when I bought the car! The shop foreman and customer rep guy knew it was not broken when I bought the car but just lied on face and argued with me it was already broken. Terrible experience! Would not recommend, Beware when you take your vehicle to them, you will be dealing with lairs and cheaters!

EurochArged forgot to install the oil baffle in my Engine replacement. Then proceeded to torture my car on the Dyno for 2 hours
Car didn t even last 30 miles on way home

Excellent service and shop. They have the best custom tunes for euro cars. They can flash your ECU quickly and back to stock if needed.
Highly recommended.

So far so good! I called them this morning and they picked up immediately. They kindly squeezed me in the same day, to install my exhaust for my E90 M3, as they said they were super busy.

I will update my review once everything has been installed.

********Update********
I was greeted upon walking into the lobby and was treated kindly, no arrogant mentality from these guys! They took my car around back and even allowed me to walk back into the shop, with supervision of course. There were a ton of European/exotic cars back there!

It only took about an hour or so to get my oem exhaust off and the new one put on. I'm in love! My car sounds SO awesome! --not too much of a drone from the inside, but in M mode, omg! The blips are panty dropping!!!!! I may eventually come back if I decide to get a louder, more throaty exhaust or even a tune!

I would totally recommend this shop to anyone! The guys at Eurocharged are so reasonable, professional, and courteous. Keep up the great work guys and ignore the haters!!

Brought my 335is for some misfiring issues. Turned out to be my valve cover gasket leaking oil into my injectors and having my spark plugs soaked in oil. They gave me a fair quote and did the job fast and updated me frequently and called me before doing anything extra just to make sure it was okay with me. The whole crew there is understanding and knowledge I felt comfortable the whole process. Will definitely check in again in the future.

I take all my AMGs here. They make them go much faster. You won't be sorry

Don't waste your time at a dealership or any other shop. These guys can do anything! They are very knowledgeable at what they do and they work with a passion. They made my visit so simple and I really appreciate that. Any other future cars I get I will for sure be bringing it here.

Jerry was extremely helpful from start to finish in setting up performance tune for my CLA45. After rave reviews on MB forums, I inquired about tune and such and felt comfortable sending in for their Stage 1 flash. Car runs like a beast now! No check engine light, no faults, no issues as PROMISED! Sent in ECU on tues and already had in hand early Thursday morning! I would highly recommend these guys for any performance modifications. They have poor customer service. I'm sorry they actually have real good customer service if you are going to be spending a lot of money there. I drove 50 miles to their shop to get my car dynoed, I booked the appointment in advance. The people over there told me that you just have to wait cause we put another car on the dyno. I had an appointment set but the guys was like that we are tuning an audi so you just have to wait. This is the second time they have done that. So if you are not going to be spending a lot of money there then dont bother going there.

The technicians stayed late to install a thermostat on my 335i and they only took around an hour to replace it... almost everyone working there owns one so they are good with them.

Have had a custom tune on a CLS63 amg for 50k miles and love it !! Totally transformed the car and felt MUCH faster. Customer service has always been top notch as well.

Man these guys are amazing! I purchased a tune / handheld tuner for my 2009 c63 amg. I ordered it on Thursday at 5:21 pm and received it by 11am Friday morning! Love this fast service man! I will mention that the response time and responses themselves fro Eurocharged prior to my purchase was professional and helpful unlike any company I have worked with! These guys know exactly what they are doing and are very helpful with any issue or concern you might have. Now back to the tune, I have pulled my stock tune from my car and sent it to them tonight. The process was a breeze and the directions provided were to the point and accurate as all get out! No issues there. Either tomorrow or Monday I will receive the modified tune back from Jerry and we will go from there. I will post another review on the tune itself after. So far...this has been a breeze and a pleasure to work with Eurocharged. I highly suggest them if you have any tuning needs or if you need help on your next build. These guys are highly knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have.
