They have poor customer service. I'm sorry they actually have real good customer service if you are going to be spending a lot of money there. I drove 50 miles to their shop to get my car dynoed, I booked the appointment in advance. The people over there told me that you just have to wait cause we put another car on the dyno. I had an appointment set but the guys was like that we are tuning an audi so you just have to wait. This is the second time they have done that. So if you are not going to be spending a lot of money there then dont bother going there.
