What a joke of a company. No way to get them to help you resolve a problem. And they NEVER call back or respond to emails in a timely manner. Would not recommend them for anything.

I reached out to them through Facebook messenger, and they responded same day quickly. They helped me order a broken bottle cap replacement for one of my favorite bottles that had been discontinued! Super happy

I had a defective bottle, and they push back, and direct you to the seller of the bottle. They don't stand behind their products.

I consider it an excellent company, just that they have a bad administration I mean the people of Concord North Carolina, it is impossible to talk to Scott Manager and Mrs. Lilian British Human Resources since they do not know how to treat the employee and I consider that we we are the ones that take this wonderful company to a high level thanks to our effort at work, I thank the CEO of the company for the opportunity they give us, but we ask for help from you for the bad treatment they give us Scott and Lilian do not have enough material to work and they want to force us to do the additional work. I thank the supervisors that with what little they give them, they do an excellent job. we only ask that they help us to make the treatment better and more efficient.

Every order I've placed with ETS has been fantastic! On time and on budget, and the product quality is incredible!
