Most professional and well priced auto group in Connecticut. Most of their dealerships follow a "One Price, haggle free" shopping experience, pricing their vehicles aggressively based on competition in the market as opposed to dealer profits.

They offer a standard warranty package for all of their clients who purchase cars from them which is included in the deal free of charge to the buyer.

They have a large selection of name brand cars. There is something for everybody and if you see a car that you might like on one of their dealerships lots, regardless of where you are the sales consultant will pick that car up for you to look at, saving you the hassle of having to drive to that different dealership within their group.

Management is talented and customer centric and most of the employees are paid based on units sold and customer reviews as opposed to commissions.

We bring our Nissan there for service. The whole staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. They're always giving us suggestions to keep our car running smoothly!

My 2007 Frontier was operating poorly. Their mechanics did a good job correcting the problems. Service department folks were pleasant.

I ve recently bought a car from Executive Auto it was the best experience I ve had buying a car. John was excellent from the advice he gave me to not rushing me into buying something. I can t thank him enough i would go back to him 10000 times. Also, the financial department Chris made the process so smooth definitely would go back there again!

Jonathan Rawlings, the Express Service Advisor who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful!! He knows a thing or 2 about customer service and was truly a breath of fresh air. He was informative, efficient, affable, professional, and pleasant. Thank you Nissan, for having him on your team!

Was very good, all the employees were cheery and helpful. Vehicle needed to be kept overnight for a part, rental car provided. Would highly recommend dealership and service department to anyone who is looking to purchase a Jeep. Have had nothing but positive experience since purchase of first Jeep in November 2017. I hope that John or Scott Orsini reads this.
