They have been VERY helpful in ALL my needs. I can't be any more grateful to have them in my life.

They keep misscheduling my over the phone doctor appointments & then the last time they actually scheduled it right my doctor never even called me at the time that they were supposed to, nor did they ever leave me voicemail explaining why they never called. Has been extremely rough on me since I just want to get my prescription refilled but I can't without my doctors approval first. As a result I've been dealing with sudden medicine withdrawals for over 2 weeks now since I'm out of medicine :( I dont like leaving bad reviews but I just wanted to warn any other patients who go to this clinic.

Everyone here is so welcoming. I enjoy going to visit from time to time. Especially staff. They're so helpful and concerned. And most try their best to make you comfortable and help in whatever way they can. Thank you to them for all they are. Truly gratefully, appreciative and Blessed.

The receptionists get you checked in quickly. After that, no long wait time.

What a great place I love the new clinic it has been a while since I have been in there and wow have they ever changed! the pharmacy is now downstairs and what a difference I do not like the wait...the wait has always been a problem that has kept me from using their facilities...they usually schedule out Dr appointments at least 3 months...
The dentist there is very nice and if you need urgent care they will assist you the same day usually they also have a very long wait for exams but if your polite they usually can get you in..All staff are very professional and polite...

PTHA has been taking care of me for about 20 years and I have never one time been treated with disrespect. I am so grateful that I am lucky enough to be able to receive care there. The staff is wonderful. I have read some of the reviews here and find them untrue. I not from the Puyallup Nation and yet I have not one time had a bad experience unless I chose to have a bad attitude. I only did that once and learned my lesson. I have to treat all people the way I want to be treated. I have many health issues and have received such excellent and outside help, I wouldn't be on this Earth if I had to rely on Medicare. Thank you PTHA .

In spite of what the website says,they are not accepting any new patients for medical.

I don't understand where some of these reviewers are coming from. I am Alaska Native and I have been a patient of PTHAs dental, pharmacy and medical services for almost 20 years now, along with my daughter who is 14 years old and she has been coming here since she was born. Back when I first started, PTHA used to provide eye care and glasses, well that service got cut out but I am happy we still have the services we do and that its not just for local Natives. They have always treated me and my family very good, and on the very rare occasion that they have not, well...they are human too. Sure I have had to wait quite a bit at times, but it was not that often, and they do their best to hurry things along and they have always apologized for it. Be happy and count your blessings for what we DO have.

I've had nothing but bad customer service from the front desk to the head nurse to the pharmacy.

I should point out that the services are free for most. That may be one of the reasons the staff talk down to you here. Many have no other option to to go somewhere else. Good customer service is just not required since most have to come back regardless.

I think a person should be treated the same whether or not they have insurance or the government is picking up the tab. I have had good insurance for years and yet I still go the my local native clinic because I like to support native healthcare. However I will not be going back to this place anytime soon.

I had a great experience with the Pediatric Dentistry staff who helped my daughter earlier this week. All of the staff were wonderful but Krista was exceptionally great with her. I couldn t believe that Krista single handily got her excited to be at the dentist and follow all instructions without shedding a tear. Krista made going to the dentist a fun experience!
