Defeat. I advertised a jacket after 2.5 weeks of wearing - it ripped open at the seam, which simply split threads in the world. Of course, the complaint was rejected, although I was offered a repair. I agreed to carry out the repair, but for the repair to be carried out I had to submit a complaint and request a repair again, which meant that I waited another 2 weeks for decisions. One day before the deadline for the manufacturer to respond to the submitted complaint, I received an SMS saying that the complaint was accepted and I should wait for it to be repaired. Another week passes and the jacket is still stuck in unknown circumstances and is undergoing repair. In short, I wore a 2.5-week jacket and a 1.5-month complaint process is taking place between me for this company. No respect for customers, I will never shop in this store again.
