Battle Foam Review

2 ordder i'm called in november 28 november 2015. he not delivery the good custom foam and refused repair problem.

Battle Foam, the company and the products, are amazing. I picked up a Sword bag years ago at my local hobby shop and have had no problems when transporting my FoW army. I have added a second Sword bag and the limited edition urban camo P.A.C.K. 720. Each order had some special requirement and the Battle Foam staff made sure my order was accurately carried out.

These guys are amazing. I ordered a bag for my son's 18th birthday. When it began to look like it was not going to get here in time I simply sent them an email asking for any help on speeding up the process. By the time I called in a panic the next day, the customer service agent I spoke to had already gotten the order expedited and it was in the mail later that day! It was just delivered yesterday, right in time for me to slap a bow on it and present it to my son last night. Thanks guys! I really appreciate the dedication to your customers!

They made a mistake on my order, leading to customer service contact. Their customer service makes you do the legwork and doesn't listen to you at all.

NOT A RETAIL STORE, this is the actual manufacturer. While they do have a small store front don't expect to go there to peruse. Great products but visit the website before you go and worth it to save on shipping.

Great company. Friendly, good customer service and their products are fantastic. Also they are 2A. Id suport them just for that. Fantastic go to all around.

Great product, not really the kind of place you can visit. It really is just a single room, no real tour or anything. Go there to say you been there, say hi to the dude behind the counter, which I thought he was fine despite what other reviews say.

UPDATE: I finally spoke with a manager at Battle Foam. He was able to walk me through the process, and give me a lot more transparency as to the process, and why the wait occurred. Every complaint that I had - he addressed. Additionally, he even sent a very kind care package to my friend, who this was a birthday gift for, at no charge. I hate this delay occurred, but this manager went out of his way to make things right. Very satisfied now.

Quoted 3-5 weeks for a large ($400+) order I placed. Notified today that it will be much longer - with no real date in mind other than the "end of the month." Likely 10 weeks of waiting total. Offered no other discounts or anything to make up for the very, very long wait.
