estarland Review

A good place to go looking for games and merchandise. The shelves are always stocked to the max. Trade-in values are much better than competition and products are well taken care of. Staff can be interesting at times. Some days I'll enter the show room and be greeted by the cashier and other times they seem very introverted (Different cashiers). Trade-ins have the tendency to go awry. I recently traded in a big order and was notified the following day that all of what I traded in was faulty, even though I had thoroughly tested my items before trading them in. What may have caused this is that it seems the store isn't properly prepared for what they're doing. A quick look over the counter shows that the store isn't as organized as it seems, and that there are items semi-organized, lying in corners and on the sides of hallway floors. This doesn't ruin the store for me, it just shows that they need to clean up a little and prepare better to function correctly and efficiently. Don't take this the wrong way though, this is just what I have experienced myself and I don't mean to discourage anyone from visiting. It just seems like there may be issues that need to be resolved which would keep things running smoothly.

Not only they have fair prices, but they have a vast selection and most are in descent conditions.

I've had good experiences with Estarland over the 4 or so year period I began buying/trading-in from them. Not everything is perfect tho they will do all they can to correct any problems. I have bought many games, traded stuff in, and even picked up a console and a fighting stick along with some kinda pricey PS1 games (like $70-80 range) and haven't come across problems. Trade-in prices are fair, they have a great online service, and pretty good customer service. Sometimes they'll get backed-up at the register, but it looks like they're always doing their best to take care of everyone. Props to those folks because they handle purchases and testing/verifying trade-in's, it seems. I def recommend it.

Very dimly lit, hard to find somethings due to volume of items and things just being stacked on top of each other but the selection is great! Staff is friendly too!

eStarland are an excellent team to work with. I've used them twice and have always received email updates on diagnostics, very quick delivery, and superb customer service, not to mention my issue has always been resolved! Very friendly and helpful people at eStarland.

They have everything from the atari, all the way up to modern gaming and everything in between. As well as gundam models, anime figurines. it's basically a Mini mag fest in this store

Nifty store, some decent prices. Went to buy an item and was informed that I couldn't buy it because someone had just ordered it to be shipped. Customer service seems to be a second idea to everyone but the one woman working.

This place is awesome! Great prices and trade-in values. They have a really cool selection of games and merch too. I've been using eStarland through online/mail for years and they're very trustworthy. Highly recommended for any video game or pop culture lovers.

This place has lots of stuff! Every shelf is filled with videogame gear! I was surprised to find that it was completely empty of people (except for staff) when I arrived. I was and still am amazed by how much stuff the store had! The workers there were very knowledgable, respectful, and kind. I would return again but I live over 200 miles away from this place. It was worth the drive. The products I bought are in great condition. You MUST visit if you are interested in videogames and around the area. I wish I could've taken better pictures here:

Wonderful place to shop for preowned games, they have lots of unique and rare items for sale. Trade in values are very fair, and they even have arcade cabinets to play while you wait on your trade being processed. I always leave the store feeling satisfied and am happy with my purchases, trade ins, repairs, or just hanging out. Definitely worth a visit!

customer service SUCKS!!! no greeting, and i had to ask for help. I loved the items in the store though.

Do not use eStarland repair center service under any circumstance. I sent in a retro Sega Cd that won t read games for them to fix. They refused to diagnose or repair my system. After 10 days I emailed them to send the system back which they did. They claim that they can't do any work due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They are "too busy" to do get started on the job because Covid 19 is out there. None of which is mentioned on their website. You will not be happy with their Horrible Customer service.
