"Unprofessional Interview process", they are using mobile phones in between interviews and HR said like a your not shortlisted... Etc. Please don't waste our valuable time.

I don't know much about this company & work environment.

Such a bad interview experience with quad one, waste of time. I've attended an interview 3 weeks back (Done two Rounds). still, I didn't get any response from HR management, just they are saying your application is on hold. They are not saying the proper reason for Holding/Rejection.

My request & Suggestion to the HR team, at-least drop a mail to the candidate. by stating a proper reason for rejection/holding. so that he can able to know things.

Good environment to work in Quadone.Based on performance n interest we can explore as much as we can.

Better to say a government office rather than an IT organization.simply conduct interviews without knowing exact requirement.If you are working for company services project then u are lucky ,u will have good managers and team.If u are working for product of the company then ur are done.you have to answer a lady boss of the company who is so called BA there ,who is such a arogant to the members.As she feels like a boss of the company,where ur managers are supportive but this lady boss will make resources to loose their confidence , there are situations where people let their job too because of her.But still company support her .

Good place to work with. An environment where we will be able to mould ourselves in a better way!
