Got a 30 day free trial of ESPN +. NOT.... When I signed up I got to the login page, put in my information via my ROKU and all seemed to work. The next day the game I wanted to watch was on and I could not get to it because ESPN+ service kept asking for a code to be input. I did that 3 times to no avail. Was unable to watch the game. I immediately went online to cancel the free 30 day trial. I thought all was ok. I should have suspected something when I cancelled that there were no follow up inquiries from ESPN. As I suspected I got my credit card bill and guess what? My 30 day free trial that I couldn't get to work cost me $5.24. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SERVICES ONLINE PERIOD. I thought since ESPN was 'supposed' to be reputable....... They are no different than any of the other 'slime' companies trying to rip you off. Wow am I angry !

ESPN customer service will say yes to everything and promise to assist customers but won't help at all. The ESPN+ app and service is destined to fail, they kept my money without allowing me to use the service.

Worth checking out if you're in this odd part of Connecticut. It is a huge sprawling campus, but they have tours to show you around. Not sure if I'd make the trip exclusively to visit, but interesting nonetheless.

If you can get a tour here take it. They do not offer public tours so you have to know someone who can sign you up for a slot. The production value and studios are incredibly impressive.

Dear ESPN,

Dear ESPN,

I know you think people don t care about Women s basketball, but you re wrong. Please make the NCAA women s bracketology page the same as the men s. The men s page is great and loads to your mobile device much like I assume it was intended, and is super easy to navigate. The women s page, at least on mobile devices, looks pathetic by comparison. As if a child made it in the 90s. Also I don t know who you assign to do photos for female sports, but your coverage of them is atrocious. Why is it we have so many iconic photos of male athletes and so few of the great wealth and diversity of female athletes? For too long I feel like society has given you a pass because of how entertaining your company and brand has been. Don t be jerks, if you work at ESPN and are reading this, you should do better, and I am telling you you re missing out on a huge population and audience that wants to see what I am talking about. I might be from Oregon, but still case in point:

The next time ESPN decides to lay personnel off, maybe it should start at the executive levels. Why so many??? Especially, if the reasoning was monetary. Many have been released that provided great entertainment and have been replaced with loud mouth opinionated jerks. Teams with great chemistry are now unemployed, or are working with another network. Congratulations.
The other issue i have is the local programming. I have no vote into what i watch on ESPN. For example, I watch Golic & Wingo in the morning. This show ( even Mike & Mike) were and are interrupted with the Australian Tennis Open... as well as the US Open. If I wanted to watch tennis, I would have subscribed to the Tennis Chanel. I have no recourse into what i watch????
All this, as well as the political influence ESPN tries to impose, could be the reasoning why you're losing market share.........just saying

I was overcharged for an event. They also charged me for a monthly and a yearly subscription for espn+ on the same day. They are currently ignoring my emails and refuse to offer customer service. Espn is very corrupt and will steal your money without question. Watch out for these crooks!!!
