The next time ESPN decides to lay personnel off, maybe it should start at the executive levels. Why so many??? Especially, if the reasoning was monetary. Many have been released that provided great entertainment and have been replaced with loud mouth opinionated jerks. Teams with great chemistry are now unemployed, or are working with another network. Congratulations.
The other issue i have is the local programming. I have no vote into what i watch on ESPN. For example, I watch Golic & Wingo in the morning. This show ( even Mike & Mike) were and are interrupted with the Australian Tennis Open... as well as the US Open. If I wanted to watch tennis, I would have subscribed to the Tennis Chanel. I have no recourse into what i watch????
All this, as well as the political influence ESPN tries to impose, could be the reasoning why you're losing market share.........just saying
