Bad personal experience with this company. I purchased a bike on 03/26/2017 and after using it for about a month, the rear axle breaks. Sent to service, after a month I get the repaired wheel. Not even another month of use which, during emergency braking, the pins that hold the disc jump causing the hub to break and the disc to curve. Even one of the pedals broke, the internal iron broke sharply. The fork has an abnormal play between the sheath and the stem, in my opinion, close to breaking. Having reported all these problems to the company and sent the bicycle back to service, I am told that these damages are not covered by the warranty. In my opinion very poor materials. It is not possible for a person to risk their skin and the damage also does not go under warranty. I would never recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.
Assistance in my opinion non-existent, I have been without a bicycle for 2 and a half months and it is not known when I will get it back.

I bought an Esperia pedal assisted bicycle and I found myself very ill.
After 4 months from purchase the battery did not work, the warranty did not cover and I had to replace the battery for a "favor" price of . 199.00.

Bad assistance .. from a company in northern Italy (veneto) I would have expected serious people .. instead .. I bought a 29 model 8L720N legnano bike on 16.11 for 240 euros, after I drove 20 km and 9 days of life my right pedal is breaking and the assistance replies that I have to buy it back because according to them I have badly placed the bike somewhere .. they say that the pedal is scratched .. maybe the assistance people do not it is clear that the shoes are placed on the pedal and therefore the signs of wear in the photo depend on the correct use of the vehicle. I wonder if they behave this way with bikes with 9 days of life I wonder if I will have a gearbox problem in 9 months what they will answer me ... Shame on you! If you wanted to make a decent figure, you could have sent me a new pedal kit at home (considering that it costs just over 10 euros). Should this be the assistance of a historic brand like Legnano made in Italy?

Mtb 8050. Valid bicycle, good quality components and normal weight. No problem after 2000 km of use on light trials. The price-quality ratio is really excellent.

Poor bicycles, bad service not to mention non-existent; they are badly assembled even if the materials would not be so bad for which they often suffer irreparable damages due, precisely, to bad assembly. The only one is to buy the bike, dismantle it completely (especially bottom bracket, gearbox, free wheel, etc.) and reassemble everything otherwise you will have to throw it away after a few months.

Bought a Legnano Cortina 650 b bike on 6/26/2019, after 5 days it showed problems with the gearbox, contacted the dealer, asked me to bring it back to set the change, but the problem was not solved, in fact I was told that heavier gears should not be used ...; after 15 days from the purchase it was practically a heap of rust, contacted again they invented any excuse to arrive to the summer vacations without giving further assistance; I saw crumbling a tire from rust after a month, I lose rust from the front fork, rust on all the components of the pedal area, chain and gears and all the parts that connect the brakes ... I recontact them and see my bike only 26/8/2019 on return from their holiday.
After a week that they disappeared with my bike in assistance, not leaving me news, they answer me only after having contacted them by phone several times that they will let me know something ... in a few minutes I get an email that smacks of teasing ... the bike is in that state because of my carelessness ... on the grounds that she was hospitalized outdoors, when I have a closed garage ... I was told that it is normal rust due to the proximity to the sea ... the bikes of decathlon of my colleagues, although they have more years they did not even have a rusty wire.
Strongly advise against buying it either bring in assistance bikes from them.
I have all the emails and photos from 5 days after the purchase as evidence of the inconsistency of their declarations and the poor choice of all the materials.
Among other things, I had to go and rent a bike to work (paid for by me), and I had to replace both tires because the rust had eaten the iron edge inside the rubber ...

They just have to be ashamed, a frame after 6 months has faded the warranty sent and not the year repainted they just have to be ashamed !!! Cost of the bike almost 2000 thousand euros. You don't see me anymore!

Purchased recently, it looks like a good product with good performance, good autonomy and captivating aesthetics. The only drawbacks are the battery holder that is not centered well on the bike frame on both 2 bikes purchased and the total lack of instructions regarding turning on the lights which is absolutely not mentioned in the use and maintenance booklet (I had to call the manufacturer to find out how to turn on the lights)

To say bad purchase is already a favor a bike just for price a thief and I said it all !!!
Technicians or are rogues or are incompetent! !!
