Hawthorne Interiors, Inc. Review

We had the opportunity to work with Hawthorn Interiors (Lisa) on our new home. At first, I was thoroughly fearful of the daunting task ahead. However, Lisa assisted us in selecting what I regard as timeless design choices. Her knowledge, sound advice and willingness to consider your own style in her suggestions was useful. I was also very appreciative of her suggestions about things we had not considered - laying tiles all the way up the tub instead of 3/4 way up, or looking at design choices in different lighting and creating a base that can work with a variety of accents. I would recommend working with Hawthorn to design and/or renovate your space.

Due to a contractual obligation of my builders I was forced to use these people and it was a nightmare from the beginning.
I have never dealt with a group of people with such poor customer service. It takes weeks to get a response via email and even longer for return phone calls. If you get one at all.
Designers????? I'd describe them as talking sign posts. This is our tile selection, this is our carpets...etc etc.
If you are even just a little indecisive they will compound the problem rather than helping you to overcome an issue.
I would describe them as condescending at best.
If you point out an indiscretion on their part or try to elevate it to management you will be met with derision and rudeness, especially by Brent the manager.
Carpets were cut too short, tile was installed by a blind monkey or at least a short sited bear!
Thankfully our builder backed us 100% and forced these cowboys to make good on the work.
Good luck if you deal with this company, or are directed to them by a builder in the process of building a home.
I couldn't in any good conscience recommend them to renovate my dogs kennel let alone a home.

Can it be zero stars? Called them up to get a quote since they were on the original paperwork for the house. Gave them specific instructions of what needed to be quoted. Received a quote with incorrect information, missing information and wrong floor type. Had to call twice to even remind them to send the quote. Finally got everything organized, talked to them another three times, was about to sign the paperwork for them to begin work, then I receive a crappy email about how they decline to do the work. Sad disappointing company. DO NOT USE.

We've been working with Hawthorn for many years, and have had nothing but great experience with them. They have a clean and non intimidating showroom, and a great group of designers working for them who are very well versed, not only in design and current trends, but also in the installation process, which provides a wonderfully rounded experience for their customers & gives them a key advantage in the market to be able to properly set expectations!

I had the great fortune to work with Maegan for the second time this year. She remembered so many details from our project five years ago; but she outdid herself again.
Maegan has a wonderful gift of truly working your preferences and style into a magnificent and cohesive end result within your budget. From paint to tile; every room is created beautifully in both concept and gorgeous elements.
Thank you Maegan, for helping me create this exquisite, timeless, and classically warm home by translating my imagination and ramblings into reality. You are a genius, with the patience of a saint.

I just met with Lisa Elliott at Hawthorn interiors to select finishes for our new home. She was wonderful to work with and fully understood what my vision was and made wonderful suggestions. I can't wait to see the finished product. I would highly recommend Hawthorn Interiors for the amount of items they have to select from, their professionalism and how well trained and talented their staff is.

We came here as part of our new build, our designer was really helpful and went above and beyond to help us achieve an interior look for our house while still respecting our budget. So far so good!

One of the best choice for you when you wanna your floor done
