This company have, without doubt, created the worst TV commercial I've ever seen on TV. The employees in the ad look like their being forced to take part in some kind of hostage video. Its on YouTube constantly. Make it stop.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. I worked on the US side of things in Margate FL. Ever since Milena has come back from maternity leave she had made it a total nightmare for her agents in the US. Implementing changes that were only convenient for her and their interests. The job became more and more frustrating to the point I couldn't deal with it for $12 an hour. The work that they are asking of us requires a pay of at least $14. Milena is single handedly taking this company downhill. She comes onto everyone of your tickets and harasses and she adds to the stress of the job. The other agents are becoming more and more frustrated as well. Shane Gdaiem the US manager is useless as well. Doesn't have time to devote to his employees as he's to busy working on another account. He's also too busy as he usually chatting it up with the lady in HR or outside smoking his cigarettes and drinking his Starbucks doesn't care about his employees or their concerns. Highly dismissive! Didn't even get a name plate for my desk until after 6 months when David came from Ireland. Proves he doesn't care about his employees as every other account manager orders their agents a nameplate. What does Shane actually do? He doesn't do anything. No support. Horrid horrid horrid!
Fedex has withheld my order from Nike due to Taxes and Duties that Nike has already paid for. Nike has been trying to contact eShopWorld for days without reply. Extremely unresponsive.
My order did not arrive but was displayed as delivered. I contacted the customer service and got help. The staff was very nice, helpful and I got the cost back. Therefore, I still give all the stars, because I was helped and was reacted. Even if it went wrong this time, I would try again and if necessary order again there. Thank you for understanding!
I had the fortunate experience of having to call eshopwold. Do not bother every phone option goes dead after a very short while. The obviously do not want to talk to anyone which I find extremely annoying as they managed to put the wrong label on my order which dpd have delivered and dpd will not give me the address it was delivered to. So thanks to eshopwold someone else has received my package and I have spent all afternoon trying to sort it out , they are according to the retailer and dpd the ones who mucked up and can sort it out , but you can t speak to any one.Great. Will not be ordering online in future.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY who works with brands like VICTORIA SECRETES , NIKE etc, they do money laundering!!! they say they are payment processor and logistic company for companies like victoria secrets, nike etc, and once they get you the money you will never see it back! these guys should not function as they are a FRAUD
lost my parcel 3 times out of 4. Always said they are delivered but never receive anything despite I was at home all day. Or they said it is pending to pick up in local post office but post office said they never received the parcel. STOP LOSING MY STUFF!
As I waited for our first order to arrive, I got a little suspicious that maybe we had been scammed as we never received an email to introduce us to the process of buying through eshop world or with an order number. Nothing like that. So I googled them and read a lot of negative reviews about poor communication with customers etc. Then lo an behold! our shipment arrived! ...about 2 weeks after we placed the order for Nike apparel. I want to even the reviews score. This company does it differently. They have site you can go to with the order number which can be found on the transaction record on your credit card bill. That's all. You have to put in a little work. but I'm here to tell you, they are legit. We got exactly what we ordered (genuine Nike apparel) delivered to our home in 2 about weeks. I would order through them again
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I've been charged 5 times for an order on Victoria secret, except they have no record of my order. So eShop World have just charged my card 5 time. Tried to call their customer service and had the phone put down on me when it connected. I haven't had any response from them. Absolutely shocked at how terrible they are.
Brought a product from Victoria Secret as a gift, dealt through with eShopWorld, and they messed up the postcode, sent it all over the bloody UK. Now the product is out of stock and ruins a birthday present and even Christmas! Worst support and everyone blamed everyone else rather than sorting it out
Wish i could give zero stars! Ordered something from Victoria Secret and this company managed the delivery via DPD courier! My parcel was not delivered to this date, even though it has been over a month since the money have been taken from my account. When contacting them they say that they are in the process of fixing the issue...a load of lies! Shame of VS quality products! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
I ordered products through nike website and all was excellent. The products were intact same as the box where they were putted. I was receiving constant updates about delivery in the tracking menu and dhl tracking.
Purchased an order and have not received!!!! I am disgusted that there are still people that are out to rip people for there money!! Ill be taking the issue further if i do not hear back or receive my order.
If I could give a minus rating I would. I first contacted eShopWorld on 15 Dec requesting up to date tracking information, the response I received was to contact the retailer. I explained that I had and as the order had left the US that they advised to contact eShopWorld....I received no response. I tried to contact them on 2 further occasions with the same outcome. I understand that we are living in exceptional times but this does not excuse poor communication from their customer service team.
Bought four perfume and wears from Victoria's Secret for around $370 CAD after tax. On the third day after receiving tracking number they send me an email saying my order is getting refunded. Apparently my order is getting returned by the courier. Only refunded me $230USD ($300CAD) so I lost around $70CAD for nothing. They use Asendia which will steal customers parcel and they will steal it straight from the warehouse. They claimed the delivery attempts failed... eShopWorld are bunch of scammers so beware!
Edit: After contacting the Milena customer support she did offer a full refund along with some compensation. I'm won't to be able get my GF her Christmas gift on time but I'll consider this event over. Still surprised that big brands can mess up orders this badly... Considering that their google reply and emailing actually resolved part of my problem I'll give them two starts instead of one.
my son ordered a pair of gloves through nike website. there was no receipt from the company which seemed strange. when I checked my account the debit was from ESHOPWORLD after reading the reviews it appears this company is not legit. I will be contacting my bank regarding this transaction that took place on the 3/4/2020 and they will investigate the situation. I read a review that states this business is into money laundering so it is clear to me that something is very wrong and of course illegal. I will also contact nike to inform them of this situation... So I spoke to Nike they do use this company but they informed me that there was no order I found this interesting no order but yet they debited my accoumt. Nike said they will credit my account. I will no longer be ordering from.nike. I still shop in store only as the customer service is great I'm store. Especially in the wynard store George street sydney.
Hi everyone! Eshopworld is really cool! I ordered some perfumes from Victoria's secret and the package arrived one day in advance . From USA to Italy in less than 10 days... so stop talking sh*t about them!
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I am yet to receive a call with an update despite sending numerous emails. Disappointed and out of pocket. I wish the speed at which funds are debited was reflected in the service. I hope to see my order sometime this year
If I could, I d give it no stars. I placed an order through Victoria secret and within 15 minutes, I get an cancellation refund email saying they can t fulfill my order. Now the VS customer service rep can t even find the order number by eshop.
I ordered 4 articles on VICTORIA SECRETS, at the time of payment it is this company that I paid by paypal. I received 2 items and there are 2. I have complained to paypal who refuses to refund me before filing a complaint on a government site dedicated to online scams ?! I was contacted by e shopworld customer service by the continuation which noted that the articules were not sent. Then I was reimbursed quickly. Thank you for your fairly quick and efficient customer service. I will recommend.
The package from Viktoria Secret should have been delivered to me since Thursday. I waited for it at home on Thursday - a DPD driver wasn't here. I was only told by Viktoria Secret that a delivery attempt had taken place - definitely not. Today, Friday, I waited all day for the parcel again. It's now 5:30 pm and now I get the message from Viktoria Secret: "You weren't at home - the parcel could not be delivered. It is ... deposited. You can pick it up there". I was bursting with anger. Again nobody from DPD was waiting for 2 days in vain. Then I called where the package is supposed to be: The driver wasn't there and therefore didn't hand in anything. And DPD won't come by on Saturday - Tuesday at the earliest. Nobody at DPD can help me. The deposited package is not there ... I'm furious. Will probably have the money booked back ... No parcel - no money!
Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of engaging with. Rude, unhelpful and inefficient customer service, terrible service. Lord knows why ANY company would choose to use them.
I have ordered Victoria Secret perfume on the 5 December taken straight out of my bank no confirmation of order email received. I did pay through paypal i have sent them transaction ID and Invoice ID they say they have no revord of my order yjis is a Christmas present i have sent proof of transaction i await reply phone no not ringing
