Terrible service. I was there to buy a 350 euro bottle of wine and was ignored for 20 minutes, I had to approach staff multiple times.

Simply the best for choice and professionalism. Excellent also the website / e-commerce where you can buy any product in the wine shop.

This establishment was recommended to me by a colleague who is from Italy. Although I could not get a cell signal in the wine cellar, when I got home and checked prices, they were all fair. The selection of wines is outstanding, and sometimes you can find a remarkable deal in their closeout bins. This really should be your "go to" store in Rome. Expect to pay around 10 for a suitable table wine, 20 for something very nice and 50 to the 100s if you wish to impress your guests and spoil your pallette. There is also a rather nice selection of spirits.

The underground wine cellar is very large, the Italian wine is quite full, the price is expensive and cheap, the French part is also good, the price is slightly more expensive.

Less a wine bar and more of a wine shop. You can find great value. I found a 1997 Lange for less than 30 euro and it was still very drinkable. Worth visiting, however don't expect much help from the staff.

Enoteca stra full of bottles of almost every price range (perhaps the cheapest ones are missing), both wines and spirits of different types. Very nice and helpful staff. The explanations on the various proposals helped me a lot, since I'm not very prepared on wine and I needed to make a nice gift. I will definitely be back for other occasions.

One of the best wine shops in the world - really - just go downstairs. The selection in all price ranges is enormous. As you would expect the wines are basically Italian. They have it all and when your head starts spinning, the staff is there to assist. These people know their product and are happy to advise you without upselling. Prices are very competitive. Give this a try

I bought a bottle of Cervaro della sala 2006 (A 12-year-old wine if aged well can still give a lot of emotions!). The employee who helped me was really nice. The fact is that as soon as it is uncorked I notice the opaque orange color, oxidized to the point of being undrinkable. Ruined the evening, the next day I go back to the wine shop to ask for a replacement or a discount coupon on a future purchase. I am rejected, even abruptly, by the Lord of a certain age in the cashier.
I understand that it is no one's fault, but from such a renowned wine shop and in any case considered one of the best in Rome, it is truly disappointing not to have a remedy for these situations, even a minimal one.
Moreover, the gentleman of a certain age who "welcomed" me was so rude that he did not greet me despite having repeated "thank you and goodbye".
Bad experience. I will not return!

Ridiculous service! Just ask for help! We bought 3 - 20 bottles and the help was fantastic. We then bought a 50 bottle and got the same awesome service. It truly didn t matter if you wanted inexpensive or a little pricier. From now on we will seek out a great wine shop on any of our future trips! A+++

I did not find the lady in the cash register prepared, also while I asked him for two bottles of sparkling wine she kept talking on the phone with a customer, not understanding that I wanted two bottles instead of one. They made me wait until closing for the delivery of a case of wine (I had invited friends the same evening) and then the lady rudely told me that there was a mistake with the labeller and the price was higher than that exposed. Enoteca supplied and renowned but not up to expectations. I go to this winery on December 18, 2018, I find what I'm looking for and having to make a Christmas gift I ask that the bottle is delivered directly from them for the modest sum of 10 euros for about 3km or so (however in the center of Rome) . They spend 2 days, having no feedback from the recipient, I call for information on the delivery, the day 20 evening. After having insisted I am asked for the order number I clearly provide it and I am asked to recall the next morning. The 21 morning recall the same story, fly over the rudeness and superficiality of the answers obtained, once again I'm asked. the order number and call back at 13.30 and ask for Adriana. Of course I call at the established time, I repeat for half an hour consecutively, pity that the phone is silent! Yes, yes, the shop as well as results from google is
closed!! I have no words ... if you offer a service you must be able to manage it. The seriousness of the Costantini Enoteca. Fortunatamebte Rome is great and wine shops, I hope more serious, there are! At this point my bottle will not be uncorked for Christmas but, for what it's worth, they have lost a customer!
