One of the worst companies I have ever worked for....
One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. I worked on the US side of things in Margate FL. Ever since Milena has come back from maternity leave she had made it a total nightmare for her agents in the US. Implementing changes that were only convenient for her and their interests. The job became more and more frustrating to the point I couldn't deal with it for $12 an hour. The work that they are asking of us requires a pay of at least $14. Milena is single handedly taking this company downhill. She comes onto everyone of your tickets and harasses and she adds to the stress of the job. The other agents are becoming more and more frustrated as well. Shane Gdaiem the US manager is useless as well. Doesn't have time to devote to his employees as he's to busy working on another account. He's also too busy as he usually chatting it up with the lady in HR or outside smoking his cigarettes and drinking his Starbucks doesn't care about his employees or their concerns. Highly dismissive! Didn't even get a name plate for my desk until after 6 months when David came from Ireland. Proves he doesn't care about his employees as every other account manager orders their agents a nameplate. What does Shane actually do? He doesn't do anything. No support. Horrid horrid horrid!
