By Tuesday, she had diplomatically told me I needed to speed up my home buying process by a factor of 10 if I really wanted the home I was after. From there, the trifecta: she navigated getting my contingent offer accepted in this crazy market, had my house staged, painted, photographed, pre-inspected and listed by Friday morning by her own sweat, her awesome crew, and swift process. And we accepted one of the multiple offers on our house Monday for over asking price.

We had the pleasure of listing our home with Krista Mehr. She was very professional and made several good suggestions as to how to stage our home to get top value. Her photographer captured all the best features of our house. We appreciated that she used professionals all along the way. Unfortunately, our first buyers could not close due to unforeseen circumstances, but she had guided us to take a back up offer and we went with that and closed the deal eight days later! What could have been a challenging situation, she handled calmly and made us feel confident all along the way.

Krista is in a league all by herself. We had to sell our home in Issaquah highlands in the recent softening Seattle market and Krista knew exactly what to do to make that happen quickly. She and Lynn Brueckman came in and presented us with a carefully thought out plan to re-launch our existing listing. We have sold a few houses in the past few years and I have never worked with a realtor who personally went in to sweep the leaves off our patio and shovel the snow off the deck. The house was beautifully presented with amazing staging from Lynn, great pictures and videos. Needless to say it was sold in a few days.

Krista did an exceptional job staging and selling our home in issaquah highlands. I cannot recommend her highly enough, her knowledge, professionalism and negotiation skills exceeded our expectations. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Krista was a seller agent in my purchase of the house. We find multiple problems in the house on our first day of own-ship. Krista come to the house and confirmed that the one of problems is exist. Later they find that the problem is more expensive to fix than they thought before, so they changed their mind. As a result they won t fix it and they said that the problem wasn t exist before the moment of the transfer of the own-ship.
Also contractors of Krista did repainting before selling. This was the poorest quality of paint that I saw in all my life: there are tons of blue tape, a lot of unpainted places, many drips of and drops of paint, some interior elements were damaged by new paint.

If you re going to sell with Krista, I recommend to think twice about it.

PS I m receiving tons of ads by Krista (more than 10 times for last 3 months). I think this is reason, why they have so many clients instead of quality of agent work.

PPS Answer of Krista s here is an example of their attention to the responsibilities. I didn t notice my agent about quality of painting, because I was absolutely sure that Krista doesn t pay attention to already closed deals. I m sure that this information is important only to the potential clients.
