We had the pleasure of listing our home with Krista Mehr. She was very professional and made several good suggestions as to how to stage our home to get top value. Her photographer captured all the best features of our house. We appreciated that she used professionals all along the way. Unfortunately, our first buyers could not close due to unforeseen circumstances, but she had guided us to take a back up offer and we went with that and closed the deal eight days later! What could have been a challenging situation, she handled calmly and made us feel confident all along the way.
