Special thanks to our real estate agent Krista Mehr - I called Krista on a Monday, having seen her info in the highlands page. By Tuesday, she had diplomatically told me I needed to speed up my home buying process by a factor of 10 if I really wanted the home I was after. From there, the trifecta: she navigated getting my contingent offer accepted in this crazy market, had my house staged, painted, photographed, pre-inspected and listed by Friday morning by her own sweat, her awesome crew, and swift process.
