Krista was a seller agent in my purchase of the house. We find multiple problems in the house on our first day of own-ship. Krista come to the house and confirmed that the one of problems is exist. Later they find that the problem is more expensive to fix than they thought before, so they changed their mind. As a result they won t fix it and they said that the problem wasn t exist before the moment of the transfer of the own-ship.
Also contractors of Krista did repainting before selling. This was the poorest quality of paint that I saw in all my life: there are tons of blue tape, a lot of unpainted places, many drips of and drops of paint, some interior elements were damaged by new paint.

If you re going to sell with Krista, I recommend to think twice about it.

PS I m receiving tons of ads by Krista (more than 10 times for last 3 months). I think this is reason, why they have so many clients instead of quality of agent work.

PPS Answer of Krista s here is an example of their attention to the responsibilities. I didn t notice my agent about quality of painting, because I was absolutely sure that Krista doesn t pay attention to already closed deals. I m sure that this information is important only to the potential clients.
