This mobile home park
I live in is now owned by ELS and since, this park will let anyone and anything in, even though they have "rules". The ground rent here prior to ELS went up about $20 per year. Now it increases $37-$40 a month. This park currently rents around $800 per month, per lot. It is the most expensive park rent in this area. Most people who live here are seniors and single people who now have to decide if they want to pay the rent or eat. This is so sad that this park only cares about the lot rent. ELS, visit your Middle River, MD Mobile Home Park and see how many empties you have where people are selling or just getting up and walking away from their home for you to profit off of. You are a sad owner. Maybe you should attend one of the community meetings here. You won't, because you are afraid of what you will encounter with the angry people in this park that you are screwing over. I will be glad when I can get out of this park. It's a shame because it used to be a great place to live.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their corporate does not return calls when dealing with upper management they don t return calls to their customers IF your lucky enough to get an email response they ll tell you what they want to and ignore your actual questions and concerns. They ll keep your money and give you nothing in return for it with no remorse. Patricia who is upper management corporate to our summer campground that we have an annual site at sent an email to her coworkers and accidentally also sent it to an annual saying that our campground is very demanding talking about how they don t want to answer our calls because we waste their time and it goes one. This company is disgusting the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life I m sickened that during a world pandemic they treat their so called valued customers with such disrespect and have no problem keep all of our money when they don t have to provide any services to us. I could go on and on. Horrible horrible horrible. And Patricia Lombardo should be tired but I m sure her upper management is probably just as bad if they allow their managers to run things the way they do.

Hey there! I'm staying at Thousand Trails in Las Vegas, and the wifi has changed since our first visit. It's continuing to get worse and worse over the seasons, and I finally looked up the company responsible and the wifi login says it's owned by Equity Lifestyle Properties, inc. Is this you guys? Because if so, please remove yourself from this park because you have successfully destroyed any reasonable wifi connection to not only the entire park, but the lounge wifi speed is God awful as well. It used to be so fast, FREE, and available throughout the campgrounds. Why ruin a good thing just so you guys can make a few temporary bucks?

Cimarron trailer park sucks since you guys took it over

Tried to rent a mobile home in Sedona Shadows Arizona, Property Manager was caustic with a take or leave it attitude. Her reputation in the community was unfavorable and found out she is the trainer ELS property managers. Shocking.

They do not live up to the reputation or the truth.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They don't even answer the phone at corporate. Get ready to get swindled if you deal with them, Thousand Trails or Encore resorts.

Shame on you ELS!!!! The way you run the communities is atrocious. I have one word for you.....KARMA

I ve repeatedly attempted to contact someone in the HR dept at their corporate office in Chicago over the past 3 months but they refuse to return any of my numerous calls. MHC Properties....
