They never answer the phone even during opening hours with the public and / or at the times indicated on the site. A shame !

Personal experience with the Prefecture.

Monday: I call and they tell me to call Wednesday because on Tuesday there is nobody because of local festivities.

Wednesday: I call and they tell me that the office time I need is Thursday from 11:00 to 13:00

Thursday: I call at 11.45 am and pass the office. (No one answers and the secretariat leaves), recall and no longer respond to me from the Prefecture.

Great service (Counting that one calls for bureaucratic urgencies and not to ask how they are)

Ps: Last call attempt 12:13 (Provided, of course)

First and only negativissima experience ... treated in the porter's lodge as if I were a criminal and also taken around by a woman agent to get rid of me ... information also given wrong and not complete ... I recommend clogging the switchboard for any kind of information to avoid idle laps by making kilometers empty and to avoid very inappropriate and easily disputable treatments .... I apologize for my frankness ... but it's just a personal advice for everyone ... including the prefecture.

I AM A PERSON WHO LIVES IN MONTECATINI TERME AND I HAVE A CAMPER I KNOW THROUGH THE PRA WHICH I HAVE AN ADMINISTRATIVE STOP IN THE YEAR 2011 FOR AN INPUT OF 279EURO. I HAVE INFORMED ME WITH THE RAVENNA COMPANY ENTRY, AND THE DEPARTMENT OFFICER GIVES ME FROM SOME INFORMATION. DEDICATED THAT THE SUBMISSION WAS GUIDED BY A WOMAN AN ERCOLANI MICHELA NATA JUNE 4TH 1974 THAT I DON'T KNOW AND TELLS ME THE TARGA NUMBER A46WT. I MEANS WITH THIS NUMBER I NEVER HAD SPEAKED TO THE VIGILES AND GO TO DOWNLOAD BARILE I AM HEALTHY AND I REMEMBER GOOD THAT IN 2004 I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN RAVENNA OR IN THE AREA THEN I DO NOT PAY IT AND I WANT URGENTLY THE SBLCCO OF MY CAMPER HOPE THAT I WAS CLEAR
