I have been to several chiropractors and Dr. Jessica Young is the best. I feel so much better! She truly works hard to get you to a place where you need to see her less often, just for maintenance. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Young is amazing and is probably the best chiropractor you will ever find in your life. I have been in over a hundred motorcycle accidents, fractured my neck and spine in 7 places, 42 known fractures and breaks, a long list of other extreme sports injuries. Have battled chronic pain for many years and 50 different chiropractors. She is hands down the best, its been a year now since i was fortunate enough to find after my chiropractor retired. Im in less pain now than since i was a small child jumping big wheels and bicycles. I did not think it was possible to make this kind of progress. Thank you!

I found my first appointment extremely helpful. AND I understand the policy for missing an appointment, especially for repeat offenders. HOWEVER, if I am in unforeseen circumstances and have to miss an appointment. Especially as a new customer, I would assume there would some leniancy. Charging $50 for a missed appointment at place that says they want to help with mind and body health seems to go against their overall vision. I am extremely displeased.

I have been going to Natural Balance for two years. I can get in for a chiropractor or massage appointment fairly easy. The doctors at Natural Balance do a very good job.

I was seeing a chiropractor for weeks and had pain in my lower back for a week. He kept insisting that the pain won't go away immediately but I knew something was off with his treatment. Luckily I found natural balance and decided to give it a try. As soon as Dr. Baird worked on me I felt so much better. She explained why I was in pain and recommended things to do at home to help my back. I love that she also worked my muscles. I'm so glad I went with my gut.

This is a really nice place. The massage therapist was professional and gave an excellent massage. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Really convenient location for Stapelton residents in the eastbridge town center. The facility is nicely decorated and the rooms are clean. I haven't used their acupuncture or chiropractic services but if you are in need of those they are also available here. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. All in all a really good experience. If you are in need of some work or just a relaxing experience I would give them a shot. My wife got me this massage for my birthday and I am really happy she did. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Jill Burk is one of the most talented chiropractors I have ever had work on me. As a dentist, I have needed multiple adjustments for intermittent back pain. She is very calming as well as effective! She is spot on with her knowledge and suggestions. So thankful for Dr. Burk!

Dr. Young is fantastic. I had recurring calf injuries from running and i was ready to quit. She worked with me to understand how my body is a system and my problems were caused by several things not having to do with my calves. After a few sessions the pain went away and I was able to run a half marathon within 6 months.

Dr. Young is so compassionate and friendly. Her chiropractic care ushered me through a difficult pregnancy and recovery. Her holistic approach has truly relieved pain and suffering from headaches, rib misalignment and improved my overall wellness. I can't live without her!

Really bad experience with the staff from this place! The day of my appointment I got stuck on traffic because something happen on the train railway and I called the office telling them I m stuck because something happen with the train I even send a pic to prove I was there and they charge me a fee of 67.00 dlls for not showing the person who answered my call the (manager) was rude and she didn t want to see if they can acomode me to see Chiropractor 10 min later my appt she wants me to return hours later and I explained her was impossible for me since I have to work that afternoon she just told me well we have to charge u for not showing fee I m really disappointed of this place and I m not recommended to anymore.

Clean space, welcoming atmosphere, and very kind staff. My specific doctor was patient, understanding and professional. First time here and I already a fan. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to switch from their current practice.

Disgusting company took advantage of me. This place offered me 50 dollars a visit then charged me full rates without my knowing over 400 dollars some days. They said I wouldn't have to worry about my bill until I settled with an insurance company. They took me to court, threatened my credit, and their work was terrible. I ended up paying over 4000 over what they initially said it would cost me and had to seek care elsewhere.
