Really bad experience with the staff from this place! The day of my appointment I got stuck on traffic because something happen on the train railway and I called the office telling them I m stuck because something happen with the train I even send a pic to prove I was there and they charge me a fee of 67.00 dlls for not showing the person who answered my call the (manager) was rude and she didn t want to see if they can acomode me to see Chiropractor 10 min later my appt she wants me to return hours later and I explained her was impossible for me since I have to work that afternoon she just told me well we have to charge u for not showing fee I m really disappointed of this place and I m not recommended to anymore.
