I found my first appointment extremely helpful. AND I understand the policy for missing an appointment, especially for repeat offenders. HOWEVER, if I am in unforeseen circumstances and have to miss an appointment. Especially as a new customer, I would assume there would some leniancy. Charging $50 for a missed appointment at place that says they want to help with mind and body health seems to go against their overall vision. I am extremely displeased.
