It has a consultancy. I did not like the attitude of the people. I called them to check if a job was available, but my English was not so good, and that's why they cut off the phone line without informing me, didn't even bother to call back.

Not that helpful, no follow up done by them regarding joining, no reply if we call them regarding any questions

Yor staff does not give proper info neither they or sameer has replied to my text but still I was told "Do not Debate we have informed you" which never happened. Please focus on polite converstaion.

Sameer and Team know the industry in n out and will give u the best u can get out of the market as per ur skills. Just need to trust them. I was expecting more sal but after joining i found out i was lucky as my profile wasnt even relevant for that job and yet i was briefed, got selected and was getting paid better than others who had relevant profiles. Very very bad placement center . They don't have proper communication amongst themselves. On phone they will say ok come for interview. And then they will say you have to get this document that document. I have wasted my whole day. But at last negative result. Please don't visit at this morons place
They will not help you just timepass. And the staff is also very dum and rude that sameer i don't know what he thinks but i felt like he being HR in 10x10 sqft can do whatever he wants . Disgusting attitude...Ruchita tone is not polite. All she wants is to meet her targets and set up unnecessary appointment for the same.

I have known Sameer for a decade... However he will just guide you a conduct interviews, you need to have your talent to get thru interviews, however nice consultancy... I was only disappointed when I got selected for radius which is appauling company and since I wasnt aware that I can negotiate my salary I was offered way to less than others I was hoping later if Sameer could have guided my salary a little more than offered but it was too late.... No doubt hez a hard working guy... Avith is a nice guy

Time consuming, takes to much time.
Roughly 10am to 7:30pm for four round selection

Visited equations placement on 13/12/19.
Onr of the worst placement service they provided. I was there at 2 pm till 7 pm they done nothing not even one round interview.
Totally wasted my whole day..

For ur kind Information they didn't even take my interview ok. After that you guyz told me you will contact me on Monday but no calls. I have that ability to clear interview. Garbage placement.

Place located near to Malad west. From malad station its really too far via walk. Bus is also available till there. Gone here regarding technical job. Best for BPO jobs realated.

90% of the Bpo Recruitment Business is Corrupted and unethical where the Candidate is Slaughtered to make money. The Modus operandi is Simple. Recruitment agencies Don't want to place right candidates but push on providing "Labour" or "Man Power" to companies that are more lucrative to them. It's rare for a recruiter to think about making sure that the Candidate gets the best Package or is Paid to the best of his/her abilities. Rather the mind set is to Slash the CTC of these under paid candidates even more and enable "uniformity" in how Thier ctc's are decided. Now coming to Equations it is a decent Recruitment agency having lot of companies affiliated with them. The only reason people should visit these agencies is to know which companies are hiring for what profile. Once that's confirmed go to these companies walk in and you'll get a better CTC and a Good Hike Too. This has now become nothing but a Bol Bachhan Business.

Well it's a really good placement agency , I had contacted Lily and she immediately called me in for an interview the next day after which Sameer handled everything in less than a day I Gav my interviews and got the job . A really good offer with JP , all of them at the placement agency are so helpful and friendly they help you with everything from updating your resume and all the procedures . Also Sameer does such an amazing job , is so helpful and doesn't make you feel out of place at all . They all are very clear of the jobs and procedures and help you with everything guide you about the interviews and all so you have an easier time rest is all on how you do well in the interviews but do so much on there behalf . I think it's the only place you should be going to if your searching for a job . Also they did not take any money from me unlike other placement agencies .
