90% of the Bpo Recruitment Business is Corrupted and unethical where the Candidate is Slaughtered to make money. The Modus operandi is Simple. Recruitment agencies Don't want to place right candidates but push on providing "Labour" or "Man Power" to companies that are more lucrative to them. It's rare for a recruiter to think about making sure that the Candidate gets the best Package or is Paid to the best of his/her abilities. Rather the mind set is to Slash the CTC of these under paid candidates even more and enable "uniformity" in how Thier ctc's are decided. Now coming to Equations it is a decent Recruitment agency having lot of companies affiliated with them. The only reason people should visit these agencies is to know which companies are hiring for what profile. Once that's confirmed go to these companies walk in and you'll get a better CTC and a Good Hike Too. This has now become nothing but a Bol Bachhan Business.
