Not friendly at all I do not advise you to go there

It is time for Carole, a cashier near the perfume store (the only open cash register) to retire. She only complains; the customers do not go fast enough, no she will not give a bag to put the purchases in, she cannot carry several items because her shoulder hurts, out of 3 customers who passed before me not a single kind word. Tiring Carole!

MONOPRIX is a good store in the city center and I have been working there for over 30 years

Store that closes well before 9pm! Schedules must be schedules. The manager is absolutely not welcoming without mentioning a particular cashier who is haughty and unpleasant on a daily basis. If your job does not please you give way to those who want yours. Otherwise the watchman and the lady of the fishmonger department are super friendly and professional.

The products are there and it's practical, but being greeted by a super aggressive scum-style security guard is overwhelming. To flee !

The central location makes this downtown store a must-see on Gros Horloge Street. Nevertheless, if some of the staff members are nice, others are really unpleasant and it is obvious that they have no desire to be there. Some new vigilantes are showing a rather inappropriate zeal that flirts with illegality. The store is often dirty, especially in the evening. Certainly, it comes from customers (crushed fruit, jars or bottles broken ...), but nothing prevents to clean ... It is best to check carefully the expiry dates, regardless of the products. Many outdated references remain on the shelf without it seems to worry anyone (both the fresh department and general grocery store). It is better to favor a real fruit and vegetable trade, and another sign for frozen foods. The condition of the freezers however recently replaced is quite disturbing (water leaks on the ground and ice that forms on the walls). Concretely, go if you have no choice where if what you want to buy only exists in this sign.

Convenient (location in the city center, opening hours), generous choice, but ... some efforts in welcoming customers would be welcome

Monoprix located in the city center of Rouen there is a fairly large food section but also a large choice of makeup and clothing for adults and children as well as many accessories ... the employees are generally pleasant a + + + largely deserved for a cashier in particular "Cathy" who is always very smiling and available!
