Worst experience, gave interview in Exo-Talent from the first day I told them that I need atleast 25% hike on my current which they accepted and conducted the interview which shows that they have the budget for the role, after giving 3 virtual technical and 1 f2f in Noida office. Don't know what kind of process they follow, after getting selected gave them the documents then at last moment at the HR discussion telling me that they can give me only 5% hike on my current and then the Manager Shruti calls and accept that I am right that they accepted my hike and then conducted the interview & asking me to be mature to understand the things.

Guys please next time with other candidate try to be professional, you guys can waste your time whatever way you like, BUT please don't waste the candidate's time.

Specially the abhijeet is doing all this frauds from there side. All of the exotalent and et labs team is full of fake people's. Don't come in there traps. Invest your money somewhere Else who's is genuine.

Very Bad Experience I had over here. One of the Senior most Lady dn't know how to take interview can't even speak english properly.

ExoTalent very bad Consultancy. It's all employee are very lie. It's not given right information about company. Plz not trust this Consultancy.

I had attended interview at John Deere through it. I was assured thta my travel money will be reimbursed by the client within a month from the date fo interview, but it has been more than 2months, but i havent got my reimbursement. Every time i call they make lame excuses and delay it further. Please anybody going for interview keep this in mind.

The entire team is very professional. I was in coordination with Mr. Siril & Mrs. Shruti for an opening in a company. Right from scheduling the interview to the final joining day, the process was managed very smoothly and professionally by the team. When I faced any issue regarding interview date or Guest House Availability, just a call to Shruti Mam and the issue used to solve in no time. They used to give Interview tips also before any F2F/Telephonic Round. I am very thankful to them for helping and guiding me to secure my dream job.. I have a very worst experience with ExoTalent. One consultant Shruti have contacted me for recruitment regarding the vacancy with Honda cars.

During scheduling the interview itself they was so much of mis communication and full clarity was not shared. Even they doesn't have time to share the Interview call letter. I think they was so much busy schedule for one minute to share the call letter.

After interview was scheduled in last minute they told search a room from my side. Intially she told they have arranging the guest room. But later it was twisted and I have to book. When I try to board the flight.

After the interview was over again they started to make so much wrong information and travel claim was delayed for a month. But I doesn't get the full claim. After struggling for one month no clear information and I have loss 10k for interview.

Don't make your schedule with these kind of consultant. I definitely bet that in last you was betrayed. Please avoid the call form them.
