I have known Sameer for a decade... However he will just guide you a conduct interviews, you need to have your talent to get thru interviews, however nice consultancy... I was only disappointed when I got selected for radius which is appauling company and since I wasnt aware that I can negotiate my salary I was offered way to less than others I was hoping later if Sameer could have guided my salary a little more than offered but it was too late.... No doubt hez a hard working guy... Avith is a nice guy
