Very disappointed with end result. We had been working on a project for about a year, and was very upset when I received it. Not only was it produced poorly (a few items fell apart during shipping), the design didn t match the mock-up artwork. Paid a lot of money to have it look good at our events, and now it makes us look sloppy and more work for my event staff. In addition, I was charged nearly $2,000 more than I was quoted. I will not be working with them again in the future.

If it hadn't been for our rep (who is wisely no longer there) I would have dumped them earlier. They printed our banner wrong 3 times. Completely inept on their part. We went to a show with a misspelled word on our banner. Nice.

Chris was beyond fabulous to work with. I work for an event company and we were in a bind in Aspen. He created vinyls for us overnight, drove them 4 hours to us and then helped install into the night. I highly recommend this company!

Wish I had read the review from a year ago as I had essentially the same problem.

Why I have found EPS-Doublet to be a terrible company

1. My booth was shipped to the wrong place
2. when they reshipped it (arriving after the first day of the show, leaving us with no booth for the first day), the container was empty (picture here)
3. Due to a completey unresponsive EPS-Doublet rep, I had to track down where he had shipped my booth and told him to get on a plane and deliver it.
4. my booth arrived 1 1/2 days late into a 2 1/2 day show. EPS Doublet has advised no compensation is due to me as they incurred expenses, fixing their own error, getting the booth to me.
5. last year, my banners came unglued twice at a show and I was promised credit this year when using them. Despite several requests, no credit was issued.
