Hi all im supriya its my real experience I'm sharing to all and nt for publicity's or just comment. But this may be usefull for many ppl whn dey face d same like me guys WNS is Such a wrost and cheating company WNS and Worst company I have every seen such a fraud Hr and Mangers. Guys if u really dnt want to waste ur time then plz don't go to WNS company its all fake interviews going on and all dealings behinds us No respect fr ur genuine knowledge and experience. Thu.. shameless company cheating real talent people and disrespecting right candidate.

R&A domain is very encouraging and gives a great exposure and learning experience.#Huge Client Base.
Great Work life Balance

No work presur it's like government office freedom but don't expect hike, promotions only bucketing people will get.

Career growth opportunities are extensive especially for freshers.

Not sure about software but bpo doesn't pay so much...It's just that job is safe

Job guarantee but no employee benefits!!! However, no pressure at all peaceful place to work with Do whatever you want but complete the work. Also they don't tolerate if you have a behavioral issues.

Good place to work but salary package is very less and less room for growth.

Went for interview , interviewer was nice , polite and friendly, only problem, he had no idea about the skills he was interviewing for. He told someone else will call me to check my skills level...
In short wasted my time there.

Working in White Field location in R&A department , Good environment to work.

Don't waste your time and money, they will ask you 3 years agreement with original certificates...

I worked there around seven years due to my financial crisis and family issues one of the least payers in bpo and it industry.No food coupons and bonus etc for employees,poor night shift allowance pay,incentives are peanuts.Heavy politics only promotions for people close to managers who have no knowledge.Overall would not refer anyone.

Happy to work with right analytical skill sets people. WNS is getting rapid growth in all dimensions. WNS provides good facilities inside the campus and providing the cab facilities too. All the employee queries have been quickly sorted out from WNS HR team and they are doing everything in process oriented way.

Joined the pricing R&A team recently. So far, quite happy with the work culture and it's great working directly with the client. The HR team was of great help during the recruitment and onboarding process.

The campus is good, WNS has the complete building for themselves. It is located right at Graphite junction, thus visible from a moving traffic.

Campus is good. Located in the main road of Kundalahalli. Interiors are nice with lots inspirational and motivational poster and banners all over the campus. Interview process took a long time as I had to wait for different rounds. However got confirmed the next day itself. Good career opportunities....................

Worst place I saw no response . don't waste your time

As per my own experience, one of worst experience I have got. If you guys are really looking for IT Jobs in WNS, I am requesting you not to join the company. When it's comes to the pay it's very less that to 3rd party pay role. Even you don't have anything to learn inside for an organisation apart from HK works. Then it's come to you contract HR person they will not support to any thing even they will not care if you die inside. For you better ment of life kindly dont join their as an IT engineer

As scheduled by a consultancy for the face to face interview on a weekday, I took a day off from my office and reached at 12 o clock ( as scheduled) , and after reaching there the security people were not allowing to park my vehicle there which I was not informed. I have requested them many times, but they were not allowing to enter my vehicle to park inside which is not at all common for other companies where I have given interviews till date.

However, after that I was confused if I should appear for interview or come back home. Then, I called one of my friend who is working in nearby (almost 3 KM away) Tech Park (Kalyani Tech Park) and he asked me to come there and park the vehicle. I went there and parked my vehicle and came back to WNS renting an Auto.

However, after security check, I went inside and saw there are almost 30 people waiting there. I sat and waited for my turn to come. After sitting about 30/45 minutes, the HR Swarup came and took my resume. Again waiting for about 30 minutes, he came and asked to follow him. I went to a room and he unlocked a system and asked to write some SQL queries (which were so complex, even who is working on SQL he/she has to think twice/thrice to answer them. and I am not from SQL background as mentioned on my resume). Though in the interview call letter, it was written that it would be a face to face round.

However, I tried to write some queries, and suddenly the computer got locked. I was looking for Swarup, but he was nowhere. I waited for him for another 10/15 minutes. I asked the receptionist (who is an old lady, doesn't understand English), she told that she doesn't know, even she didn't try to call him or inquire about it. So I came back to the room again and waited for another 5/10 minutes.

And the room was so hot, god knows the AC was running or not and I was not able to sit. Even other 4 people's computer got locked. So I left the place after waiting. I think the other 4 people also left the place by seeing these kind of behavior from the WNS folks. So by spending the time from 10:30 AM (when I start my journey from my home) to 3:30 PM and taking leave from my office, I got nothing, not even a proper interview!



My Company never treats the outsiders or the interview candidates like this.

Worst interview process...they sent call letter for testing profile, but there they are hiring for bpo profile....waste of time and money don't go for this company...

It's great working with WNS ,I have been working with WNS for last 5 years , good work balance...

Location is good, office is good, food is not that great . Not many food vendors, good work culture

Great scope for learning and growing (especially for freshers in Analytics) . Smooth onboarding process. Supportive HR Team.

Normal infrastructured Bangalore office. Worst food vendors.
