Had to pick up a replacement for a no-name computer that (almost) had a blazing power supply. Went to EPC and picked up ThinkCentre Tiny, Eight G's of ram and a SSD drive for under $200. Only complaint is I wish they had one lying around without Win10, cause I overwrote with Ubuntu Mate 18.04 IMMEDIATELY. Could have saved $50. With such a light OS, this thing is screaming.
Good experience, knowledgeable staff, no hassles. Will use them again, although I hope this computer lasts for years-- probably as long as I will!

I've done business with EPC in st-charles for the last 10 years and I saved an amazing amount of money. I probably purchased 150 computers from them over the years.

Doug in the iPhone repair department saved me a lot of money fixing my Apple Watch three series. Apple wanted $350 and other places about $200.
I bought computer equipment in the past from the store and always happy. I didn t know they had an iPhone repair section until I looked online today.
Everyone in all apartments have always been pleasant and professional. The place has been there a long time.
They must be doing something right.

EPC is always a great place to save money on your home computer needs. They have hundreds of good quality used machines that work great for me and my family.

Alex in the mobile repair unit was fantastic to work with. I had to replace my my battery on a surface pro 4 which is a huge challenge. Alex replaced it for me. When an unrelated issue popped up Alex took on the challenge, going above and beyond what I ever expected. I have since gone back and purchased a refurbished monitor (love it) and had the battery replaced in my wife's Iphone. Excellent service. Great to work with. If you need computer service or are looking for lower cost options to buying new, EPC is the first place you should visit.

Went in and asked for a power supply with an 8 pin eps connector and a 24 pin atx connector on a budget, was sold a power supply that did not have a 8 pin wire, even though the worker opened up the box and checked. When I returned the psu the (different) worker said I needed a beefier power supply to have an 8 pin eps. I don't need a beefier power supply, I need one with the right outputs, and somebody who knows what they're talking about would be nice too. In fact, minus one star for trying to upsell me.

Always has what you need even if what you need is an outdated computer parts they will work hard to find a solution for you!

Monitor marked 20" however once I got home and took measurements it was only 18"wide with a 16.5" screen!!! Also monitor sold without a power cord! Returned!!!

I am so happy with this place. Had phone/ipad issues. Douglas Merry was wonderful. Super nice young man. Will be buying my husband a computer soon.

Went to buy some things. EPC no longer takes checks. 1 hour, round trip, wasted. Since I had called ahead, it would have been nice if they had told me. After doing business with them for more than 14 years, suddenly, no more checks.

In general, there has been a decline in all service at EPC. The products are no longer tested. About 60% of all purchases must be returned or exchanged. Sound catds don't work, DVD drives are not even connected, network cards are bad, etc. Hard drives aren't wiped, meaning that old data is still there.

Maybe it's time for me to rake my business elsewhere.

If you need to recycle some old computer equipment they can help you. Great to see a responsible making use of old equipment, either to scrap or re-purpose. Their showroom is nice and has deals on used computers, but also check out their ebay store as they have a lot of items on there as well.

I wouldn't buy a computer anywhere but here. They are the best.

Purchased a refurbished dell laptop for a killer price, so far working great. Fast shipping right to my door.

Drove all the way to the place on Friday at 3:24pm to find out their closed. Sign says open, employee told Wednesday they were but guess they decided they didn t want to be now. Very unprofessional and will never return

Bought a refurbished Dell Latitude laptop from epc online and the laptop looked EXACTLY like the picture they provided, scuffs and small marks in exactly the same spot on the picture. These guys know what they're doing. Great prices too.

Lots & lots of really cheap Windows 10 PCs of all throughput classes. Great little museum too.

Useless company and the woman taking applications is rude

EPC has provided our school with excellent service and support over the years. They are our first "go-to" for help.

People are very helpful and nice. Always a deal there just ask.

A very interesting place if you are in to computers. They recycle computers and electronics and I just discovered that they have a store there where you can find new and refurbished desktop computers, laptops, computer components and accessories at really good prices. I needed to visit the service counter and the technician was great. And just like your tooth stops hurting when you're sitting in the dentist's office, my laptop started working correctly when he turned it on! I'm glad I went because he gave me some great tips and shortcuts to use on my laptop.

There are really very few reasons one would need a brand new computer. Their refurbished PCs and laptops are great. You can get a quality machine for a fraction of the cost of a brand new one. Mainly PCs, but they have a few Macs, as well.

Fantastic service that helped me select a refurbished laptop at a great price. I appreciate the time they spent with me making that decision. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our company has purchased dozens of computers from them. They are knowledgeable, reputable and reliable. In the less than 5% of the time that there's an issue they have always been helpful.

It's been awhile since I have been there. Good selection of computers. The remodeling looks real nice!

Jesse in phone repair was very knowledgeable. Offered great advice on phone repair and was more concerned about giving me the right information over making a sale.

The salesman was nice, but he tried too hard to get a sale. He just talked ND talked the whole time he was close to us. We finally excused ourselves so we could think about what he said.

I have been buying used computers and parts from them for years. I have never had a problem with my purchases that Frank couldn't fix. He has helped me a lot over the years.

Interesting products, kinda crappy variety. But they are nice and I assume more helpful for business.

Desk top hard drive crashed, got new SSD drive (awesome), but my original OS was Windows 10 Pro. He installed W10 basic. Not THAT big of a deal. BUT.... 4 stars not 5.

Great service pretty good selection of computers and accessories. Liked that they have a 7 day return policy and 90 day warranty on all items.

Would have to say while they are offering used parts etc., this is seemingly nothing more than a clearing house for computer equipment they obtain through their recycle services which they charge for.

Best place to recycle electronics in the area. Th hey also hav ed great used equipment for cheap.

Came in 20 mins before close, I generally try not to show up to stores that close to the closing time but I just needed a quick wire for my desk top. the custmor service employee grabbed the desktop from me and opened it before even talking to me, was very rude and told me the wire I needed was on a wall. The wall of wires had no prices and were thrown together so I needed to look through them to find the one I needed. They turned the lights off 15 mins before they closed so i could no longer look at the wires because it was dark. Very rude staff and service. Will not be back. I buy alot of computer parts so they missed out on money from me.

Poor customer service been in there 4 other times to be passed over by sales team they remolded the store but kept the same unfriendly team members. I'll spend a higher price at other stores other than go there. 4 times and same treatment each and every time. WONT EVER GO BACK! Apparently my money isnt needed!

Almost everything there is used business equipment, so it is built to last. Sometimes I get 5 plus more years use out of computers from there.

Took my phone in to see if they could fix it since Sprint had told me it could not. And they fixed it. It was fast and very affordable. They have fixed several other things for me in the past and I have always been completely happy with the service. Everyone that has helped me has always been very nice and helpful.

EPC is a good source for pre-owned business-class computers. They also have iPads, printers, servers, and more. They are a great place to get computers from if you are starting a business or sending a kid to college.

Usually good products. Most of the items are a bit pricey considering they are mostly off lease and generally well used. Usually clean and fairly well organized.

Based on the sign on the front door, they do NOT support your second amendment rights. Not saying don't shop here because of it, just providing info for those that take their second amendment rights seriously.

Decent used equipment. Prices can be high on some parts.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are well below big box chain and the quality of the PC I purchased is excellent. I explained what I needed, a PC for photo editing, and the staff reviewed the options for hardware along with cost. Once all decisions were made, they put together a custom machine for me in a matter of minutes.

I'll never buy a computer from anyone else again. Small business, expert staff where knowledge is used to help rather than exploit the customer. I have always felt at big box places that I was being sold a line of goods -- i this, bus that, DDR whatever. I was told what I needed for my work, was discouraged from buying something unnecessarily expensive...overall great experience. Value for what you get is unmatched anywhere in town or online.

Purchased a used laptop for $300. Within 6 months, the motherboard went out. They gave me two choices replace the motherboard or purchase another used laptop. Both solutions would cost over $200. THE GOOD: They did not charge me the $30 diagnosis fee. (Reason I gave them two stars instead of one) THE BAD: They let me walk out the door with a broken laptop with no offer of discount or solution besides paying full price. I realize I purchased a used laptop and the risk comes with that, but the average cost came to $50 per month and no hint of trying to work with me. Can't say I will be a repeat customer.

I've personally used EPC in the past and many times with the company I work for. We usually call ahead and get something set up so I can walk in and pick it up. They have a great selection when I do need to look around. I've picked up defective monitors or needed to swap out cables/adaptors before and it's always quick and easy to come exchange.

Broke the screen on my phone on Friday evening and went to EPC on Saturday morning. in and out in 30 minutes. I know Jeff Stark with EPC through the Chamber of Commerce and he told me they could help. Doug Merry did a fantastic job and made sure I was up and running in no time. Definitely going back if I ever have another computer related problem.
