Good variety, prices are good as well. Wait time for assistance is not so good

Called EPC and recieved excellent customer service and information regarding my office systems.

Not real helpful. Didn't have suggestions about current technology. But great for recycling.

Reusing computers & hardware that is still useful keeping them out of the waste system.

All my business and home PC equipment is from EPC. THEY SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL!!! it is great not having to box your equipment and send it somewhere if it breaks. The service department is always very helpful. They are very generous to support charities.

This is the best place to buy used computer parts, but don't expect service like Best Buy. Before you go make sure you know what you want to purchase, my suggestion is to check out their website beforehand otherwise you will most likely be pointed to one of their customer use computers to view their website.

Ok if they have what you want, prefer micro center.

These guys set me up for my business at a decent price and lots of help.

I have know and work with Dan and Frank since the 1980s. And they are the real deal.

Driver going south on I35 nearly drove my partner off the road by driving into her lane, and then after almost causing her to smash into another car, proceed to scream at her and bully her until she picked up her camera and took a picture. Then he backed off.

Great experience. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific laptop, which they did not have, but he helped me find something comparable, possibly even better. Even though the computer is used, it saved me hundreds and I am now able to get some accessories and other items to set up my in-home office.

We went into EPC this morning looking for an inexpensive computer setup with monitors as a station for our sales guys. We walked out with a $250.00 dual core I3 Lenova desktop computer that included a 20" monitor with an incredible stand, a loaded new copy of Windows 10, and all cabling needed to set it up.

I merely plugged it all together and had it up and running with full internet access in 20 minutes and I am not an IT guy by any means. These guys are great and we plan to go back for at least a few more of these systems.

Best kept secret in refurbished computers in St. Louis. You can now consider Citywide Alarms, LLC a customer for life. When we buy right we can keep our cost in line for our customers. That means a lot to everyone. Thanks again.

A great place to recycle your used electronic equipment. We recycled an old 32" tube TV. Once paid for, they removed it from the vehicle. Might I add, they are the cheapest tube TV recycler in the St. Louis region.

Very helpful at swapping out equipment when it's faulty. Easy and honest.

I manage a busy medical practice so it was important to make sure the disposal of my outdated equipment was HIPAA compliant. Jeff went out of his way to ease my concerns and quoted me a great price. i came in about a month ago to this place to look into replacing my power supply unit and inquired what on top of that i need to upgrade i was told i should upgrade toward a new ssd about two days ago i come in with a new graphics card and ssd and i start getting accosted about how my cpu needed to be upgraded and how i wasted my money on my new graphics card i am then directed to spend an adittional 500-600 dollars on a new cpu
i get told that my computer is done walk in and get told that now i need a new motherboard and might as well build a new pc needless to say i will not be coming back if i can help it

Spilled soda on my current laptop was able to call and pick one up curbside within 10 minutes. Can't go in the store but they bring the store to out to you. Tony was the sales rep very nice and knowledgeable in what I needed for work and other things very nice laptop by Dell for only a couple hundred bucks . good job guys

Knowledgeable staff will help you trouble shoot you computer. They have been a great help to my mother who can struggle to figure things out. This is a great place to find a bargain. They have plenty of used computer pieces. You can save plenty of money buying that monitor used. They also will recycle your electronics so you don t have to wait for a neighborhood event. Very convenient, nice staff and great prices.

Really disappointed by their brand limitations. They do not work with Chromebooks or Asus laptops. Just ok experience with staff.

EZ parking, clean bright facility, friendly knowledgeable staff & quick access to inventory. Found what I needed, tech tested everything for operation, paid w/my credit card, I was out the door & on my way. I've been a small biz client of Epc for over 15 yrs & it keeps getting better. great place for your computer needs.. great prices on cables. very friendly staff, bought a USED ruko box that did not work and they refunded my money rapidly. WILL go back!

EPC is so organized! Their staff are knowledgeable and quick to help. They are incredibly generous to donate to our silent auction to raise funds that help our organization continue to invest in our community. They have a heart for giving back.

Good pricing on recycling electronics, like tv's and tape decks. They also have a great selection of refurbished computers, monitors, and laptops. Come here before buying somewhere else. You'll probably save $100's for an even better device. Oh...and they also fix phones and tablets!

They did a great job replacing my cell phone battery for far less than other cell phone repair shops, only $30. Another place said $90 for the battery but when I got there, they said we'll probably break the screen and it'll be $250! When I called EPC, they quoted upfront the price if they break the screen (half of the other shop) but reassured me that they are pretty good at their job. They are!

All those businesses going under means cheap used office desktops as far as the eye can see. Their foreclosure is now your forebargin.

I am the store manager at a laptop/desktop repair shop. We do not buy or sell computers. I always send my customers to EPC to purchase their computers if they are in the market for a used computer. I have been dealing with this company for years now. The product is solid, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. I even bought my mother a desktop from them.

Good prices, well organized and although not the newest items all was not too old to be useful picked up two 20" monitors for $100

Great place for electronics recycling and purchasing electronics/computers/computer accessories. Staff is friendly and there is a lot to browse through.

They have a great section of used business class machines as well as monitors and other peripherals. I had hoped to were more of a recycling center that sold recycled components as well as full machines. If you need something now and want it from retail type shop then this is probably your place. If you need some extra services or help with your computer this is probably your place. If you want a good deal on used machines you can do better on EBay or Craigslist.

I had a very professional experience when purchasing computers. The staff was attentive and listened to what my office needs and found the right fit while making sure that I stayed within my budget.

Was not what i expected. Mostly overpriced old junk. Was expecting more.

These people are the best! Not only are they knowledgeable about computers, they also know their stuff about cell phones and tablets. I will not take my equipment anywhere else!

They have great peripherals for people on a budget. Their PC's are great for those who need a solid business computer for cheap.

Have purchased more than 150 computers from EPC, They are a competitive value, Very few issues, When we have had an issue, customer service is professional.

Compared to other places charging to repair a Samsung Galaxy Active charging port these guys were $30 cheaper. They were very friendly and quick (30-45 mins) for the repair. Thank you

Had an issue with my 2011 MacBook Pro. After spending an hour and 45 minutes at a local Apple store, I was told the computer was not serviceable due to it's age. Aware of EPC I decided to stop by there. I talked with their Lead Technician who explained there was a process they could do but he was completely up front in reference to the success rate, not that it was bad he just wanted me to know there was a chance he may not be able to fix it. I had my doubts although after some consideration I decided to have EPC see what they could do. So I dropped off my MacBook on a Monday morning on Wednesday afternoon I received a call to say it was fixed. Due to the fact that Brett was up front with me and that he fixed the problem I would highly recommend Brett and EPC.

We've bought several laptops from EPC over the last 5 years and been very happy. Most recent - a laptop for college student son. Very lightweight and fully featured under $300 including backpack case. Their stock consists of items returned from business leases by their parent company. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful too. Pricing was more important to us than having the newest hottest thing, so EPC was the perfect answer.
