Purchased a used laptop for $300. Within 6 months, the motherboard went out. They gave me two choices replace the motherboard or purchase another used laptop. Both solutions would cost over $200. THE GOOD: They did not charge me the $30 diagnosis fee. (Reason I gave them two stars instead of one) THE BAD: They let me walk out the door with a broken laptop with no offer of discount or solution besides paying full price. I realize I purchased a used laptop and the risk comes with that, but the average cost came to $50 per month and no hint of trying to work with me. Can't say I will be a repeat customer.
