Went to buy some things. EPC no longer takes checks. 1 hour, round trip, wasted. Since I had called ahead, it would have been nice if they had told me. After doing business with them for more than 14 years, suddenly, no more checks.

In general, there has been a decline in all service at EPC. The products are no longer tested. About 60% of all purchases must be returned or exchanged. Sound catds don't work, DVD drives are not even connected, network cards are bad, etc. Hard drives aren't wiped, meaning that old data is still there.

Maybe it's time for me to rake my business elsewhere.
