I am not normally one to leave negative reviews but this company has been messing me around for nearly 6 months for some refunds that should have taken a few weeks to process. Once you are trying to deal with the returns department the customer service becomes incredibly slow, with weeks going by between emails and the teams unresponsive and unhelpful. This is compounded by the fact that they don t offer an exchange service, meaning you have to place a whole new order while chasing them day on day for the original refund. When you finally get a refund, they manage to dock hundreds of pounds from it for an unnamed processing fee, which just adds insult to injury.
Really disappointing service, especially as they re a modern environmentally focused brand, which would make you think they'd take a modern approach to business. Instead, it s been painful from start to finish. Do not buy from this company. They are cowboys who will leave you out of pocket for months if any changes are needed to your order.
On a separate note, their decking actually stains really easily, so I can't recommend them from a quality perspective either.
