Christopher was a total professional trying to help me get the best solution for my project. Patient and knowledgeable gave me the best advice and helped me pick the right product for me. The composite decking is amazing, you can feel the sturdiness and I reckon it's going to stay in my garden for years to come.

Very happy with my beautiful composite decking! I'd never built a deck before so I was pretty amazed that I managed to do it in 3.5 days. The decking calculator on the Envirobuild website is a great tool for novices like me. The manticore lumbar posts and joists are very tough, so make sure to use metal drill bits (and not universal or wood drill bits, like I did the first 2 days). Also great customer service from Edgaras who gave me good replacement advice when certain bits were out of stock. I used both the lumbar posts and the pedestals. The construction is incredibly sturdy and knowing that it won't rot any time soon gives me peace of mind.

Really good customer service from Chris James who assisted me in getting composite fencing slats and pre made fence panels. Chris spent a significant amount of time running through various options and remained patient even with numerous changes to order. Well done.

Really excellent customer care from Eloise! So much so that although I couldn t order from them (tight deadline and decking I wanted wouldn t arrive in time), I was impressed by the organisation all the same! I had dozens of samples from different companies and was particularly impressed with quality and green credentials. So sad I couldn t buy with them for my project.

I am not normally one to leave negative reviews but this company has been messing me around for nearly 6 months for some refunds that should have taken a few weeks to process. Once you are trying to deal with the returns department the customer service becomes incredibly slow, with weeks going by between emails and the teams unresponsive and unhelpful. This is compounded by the fact that they don t offer an exchange service, meaning you have to place a whole new order while chasing them day on day for the original refund. When you finally get a refund, they manage to dock hundreds of pounds from it for an unnamed processing fee, which just adds insult to injury. Really disappointing service, especially as they re a modern environmentally focused brand, which would make you think they'd take a modern approach to business. Instead, it s been painful from start to finish. Do not buy from this company. They are cowboys who will leave you out of pocket for months if any changes are needed to your order. On a separate note, their decking actually stains really easily, so I can't recommend them from a quality perspective either.

Good sustainable flooring products and great customer service (from James). On this occasion - I had replaced an old storage heater & could not find matching scotia beading anywhere - except EnviroBuild. I was able to collect a single metre (saving on shipping costs and wastage). Thanks again.

I have used Envirobuild for a number of composite decking projects - generally using the Hyperion Pioneer range, and I have been very satisfied with the service provided. The product has been excellent, and my clients have been very satisfied with the quality and look and feel.

BE CAUTIOUS. Great quality product but REFUNDS NOT ISSUED FOR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT despite a clear returns policy. Very poor customer service. Simply had no response to requests for call back and took 5 days to actually get someone other than the receptionist on the phone. Decking risers sent were totally unsuitable for the height of my decking, had to send back at my own expense and had to arrange my own collection of replacements. Had the sales team been more interested in selling the correct items instead of just making the sale this review probably would have been much better. Ultimately the decking is finished and looks amazing and the quality is excellent but too much weight was put on the online calculator and not enough customer or aftersales care given. Currently trying in vain to get a refund for the incorrect decking risers sent. Despite response from supplier as seen below, still no refund issued.

Great product and looks fantastic once installed. Will definitely use them again!
