I loved using this law firm. They came to me to sign paperwork, They helped me get a rental car and medical treatment. The staff called us every week to check on us and see if we needed anything. I was very happy with the quick settlement and the amount I got was a lot more than another fir said I would get. Will definitely use them again and tell my friends about them.
Don t believe the reviews! They may be a smaller firm, but I ve never had a bad experience with this firm. The staff calls to check on you all the time. They helped get me a rental and treatment. The settlement I got was 3 times what GEICO said they would give me. Very happy experience and have sent a couple of friends to them as well
This firm is a scam!!! They wasted 2 years of my wife s time with no consistent communication or fighting for her case to be resolved. We recorded the staff when we were able to eventually talk to someone and she/Mr Heitman speak with no sense of concern or professionalism. He is also racist and used inappropriate verbiage on the telephone. After research we were able to see He has been charged with things from the State Bar Association. My wife didn t receive the help she needed and the law firm also wrote her name wrong on her settlement check, which is unusual because all of her other tangible documents have her name written correctly from them. Do not use these racist white ppl. They will not fight for you and treat you with horrible service. You will not get paid !!!! Something is fishy about this company and needs to be investigated!!!!
Mr. Heitman was very easy to work with. His staff is over the top!! I would use him again for all my needs!!

I used this firm last year for my auto accident and was extremely pleased with Mr Heitmann and his staff.
I ve been fighting this case for 3 year with this firm and I haven t heard from since our first meet they don t return phone calls after messages are left... they are a joke. Every time I call I get the same answer 1 no answer 2 in litigation. I ve been calling leaving messages to no response I ve called and left my updated phone info and adress and still gets no response. The car accident ruined my life and I feel I nothing was done but acquire more bill that I can t pay.. while still trying to get my life back on order
