Enoteca supplied and renowned but not up to expectations. I go to this winery on December 18, 2018, I find what I'm looking for and having to make a Christmas gift I ask that the bottle is delivered directly from them for the modest sum of 10 euros for about 3km or so (however in the center of Rome) . They spend 2 days, having no feedback from the recipient, I call for information on the delivery, the day 20 evening. After having insisted I am asked for the order number I clearly provide it and I am asked to recall the next morning. The 21 morning recall the same story, fly over the rudeness and superficiality of the answers obtained, once again I'm asked. the order number and call back at 13.30 and ask for Adriana. Of course I call at the established time, I repeat for half an hour consecutively, pity that the phone is silent! Yes, yes, the shop as well as results from google is
closed!! I have no words ... if you offer a service you must be able to manage it. The seriousness of the Costantini Enoteca. Fortunatamebte Rome is great and wine shops, I hope more serious, there are! At this point my bottle will not be uncorked for Christmas but, for what it's worth, they have lost a customer!
