I am the property manager of a condo building that had been using one of the Big Guys for our elevator maintenance. Although we paid significant sums of money for ongoing care, when I took over and looked at the records they could not verify even one visit to our location...for years. I began to look for alternatives and was impressed with EMRs information and depth of experience in big projects so we signed on. It turned out to be a genius move.

I could not begin to describe the change in professionalism, commitment to quality, staff friendliness and value we have enjoyed since we began to partner with EMR. They have ALWAYS taken the time to explain what was being done and why and we have never been treated to up-selling pressure. I read somewhere their business model is one that is focused on customer service excellence. Guess what? They succeeded beyond our highest expectations.

Here we are years down the road from signing the contract for a single car location and we are treated like we have a chain of hotels with a bank of elevators in each. Last interaction with them was today and they again went the extra mile in meeting our needs.

By all means, go ahead and pay nosebleed level fees for one of the Big Names where you are warmly known as Customer #473,969. Or do yourself and your business a huge favor by saving serious money on world-class elevator service performed by friendly professionals. Yes, they actually are that good.

Hopefully you dont get the woman there by the name of " Tye Perez " she has the absolute most worst attitudes of all, very unprofessional, & very sour personality. She should not be dealing with people and especially not potential customers.

I want to share about the great customer service and the promptness I received from EMR Elevator Inc. today.

My name is Michael Leatherwood and my position is Customer Relations Manager here at Sam Pack's Five Star Chevrolet here in Carrollton, Texas. I have been dealing with the "big guy (TK)" company for 3 weeks and gotten nothing but a run around. My elevator is broken...

Out of frustration, yesterday I called EMR Elevator Inc. It was after lunch and I was told that Nancy would be in contact with me as soon as possible. I didn't expect to receive a call for a couple of days based on prior experience with the other company (TK)... Imagine my surprise, I almost fell out of my chair when Nancy called within a couple of hours. After we spoke she said she would send an email with a detailed quote and it arrived within an hour. These folks know how to take care of a customer.

It was after their business hours yesterday before I completed and returned all of their approval and consent forms. I got an email confirmation this morning at 8:16 AM on my cell phone and when I arrived at my office at 11 AM they had already been here and completed the requested repairs.

I can not say enough good things about EMR Elevator or their staff.
