Overall, it's okay. My first impression was bad though. After an 18 hour, we arived and wanted a shower and a bed. What we got were 2 small beds and a shower with no soap and shampoo. The next day, we complained enough to change rooms in the afternoon to a room with a large bed. This room had ammenities in the room which was a plus, but the detachable shower handle had a holder that was at about chest level... and I am not that tall either. It's a very refreshing shower when you get a jet of water directly up your nose. We dealt with it though and aside from these things, the rest was good. We had a comfortable bed and a great location. The staff was fine, the room had a safe, the temperature was not controllable but okay.

Clean and orderly. I especially liked the man gets a router for free on the road. So use WLAN without any problems.
The food is rather poor and the coffee awful. But man always finds something for the stomach.

The hotel is well located near restaurants and shopping. The room was small and although we were on the 11th floor, we heard the ticking of the pedestrian lights. Also there were hotel supplies stored in the corridor outside our room which we had to walk past. The hotel staff were polite and spoke English well.

Decent.

Recently stayed here for a week and was very pleased with the rate and room. The rate also included breakfast which provides savings since HK can get pricy if you're always eating out. However, the buffet does need more variety. They can use the same foods but can cook them differently. For example...instead of scrambled eggs each day...have the cook make omelettes.

There have been reviews on the seedy surroundings but I find these very exaggerated. The nightlife in the area is tame compared to most big cities and I felt very safe in Wanchai.

We used the pool a lot since HK was so hot when we were there. It's small but clean and was empty most days.

When I return to HK, I will most likely stay here again as long as the rate is in the $100-125 range.
