Very good service and very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable

Small, fairly dirty room that wasn't comfortable at all. Reedeming feature is the location. Certainly not a 4 star hotel

The discount for the elderly can be enjoyed from the age of 60. The price difference is only 30 (mosquito) is not attractive. The food variety is not too much. For several years, the price is new. The price rises from 128 to 178 (the elderly 148).

The room is really small and the bathroom is smaller

Breakfast has great selection of food, even Blue cheese is served. Great service,will definitely recommend to others.

Loved it here! Perfect in every which way, be it location, cleanliness, breakfast and very well mannered staff.

Nice hotel, breakfast is OK but not what most brits would hope for.
Nice to have a pool on the roof, but the staff could be more helpful explaining where to change, the business suite is nice Rosanna was always helpful.
Downside is the decor is starting to show its age. Aircon can be noisy and depending on which side the room is street noise can be a bit much.
Generally well located, walking distance from mtr, trams and the port for the ferrys.

I didn't like Hong Kong myself. And the hotel is very good. The breakfasts are impressive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the Internet works well only until the evening, then the travelers begin their useless work :) I generally recommend it - the very center of Hong Kong.

Nice facilities and customer service but the large number of tourists in recent years make quality hotel experience a challenge.

Not very familiar with HK, but here for the show. The show is not far away from this hotel.

Staying in a 2-person room, the location is not bad, the overall quality is good, the service is good, there are chairs in the lobby where people can chat, the air-conditioning is very strong, the bathroom is small in the room, the cleanliness is ordinary, the equipment is not very new, the refrigerator has 5 cans of drinks for free every day Yes, there is a welcome gift on the first day of stay (2 bottles of drinks + almond cookies)

As always the place is good to stay with...the accomodation of staff is very good specially Ms. Jessie of reception...we will definitely choose this hotel on our next trip...

My room was the absolute best. The television wasn't working though.

Great location for travelers in Wan Chai within walking distance to Pacific Place and Admiralty. Take the train to Central and free bus to hotel! Clyde to MRT, tram, food and night spots. Reasonable room price and service.

The hotel needs update but in general the service is good. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are small (but consistent with Hong Kong). Good location for shows and MTR.

I gave this place five stars for the service - the people working there treated my wife and I better than I've ever been treated at a hotel. They even brought my wife complementary wine and cake to our room on her birthday. It also had a great location right in the middle Wanchai - very convenient access to night life, subway, and food. The rooms are nice, but nothing special.

Like everywhere in Hong Kong, the rooms are very small and the bathroom too. The cleanliness is a little fair. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast room is without windows. The hotel is well located.

Convenient transportation, from the airport to the city bus can go directly to the hotel. Breakfast is quite exquisite. There is a supermarket to buy things on Johnston Road opposite the hotel.

Location in the center of the city crowd. MTR station 10 minutes walk. Bus stop is close too. Many restaurants around. Breakfast lots of variety. Rooms are quite spacious. The bathroom is small but that is Hong Kong. Clean room

The swimming pool is nice and wonderful. The room is clean.
It is within walking distance from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

+ wellcome mart, Starbucks, Seven-Eleven, pubs are in a good walking position
+ The Nissan, Volkswagen, Volvo, Porsche, Lotus and other mass-produced cars are also close to showrooms
+ mtr station, close to tram line

- In most cases, prepayment is not allowed for online bookings.
- If you are not familiar with this method, it can be very confusing because you are holding the amount that includes the deposit at the time of card settlement and asking you to pay the amount except for the deposit at the time of checkout. In case of cancellation, it takes a long time until the cancellation of the domestic financial company is approved.
- Breakfast menu is poor in price. The narrow restaurant is a bonus.

Always clean and great. Good location, but better not facing the street with bars. quite loud during midnight...other than that everything is good.

Great location, unexpected amenities (free portable wifi hot spot & empire lounge has free snacks and drinks every evening @ 6pm) does need some updating in rooms. Good value.

Free wifi sharer, you can also call, there is a free airport express line shuttle at the door, very convenient. The hotel is easy to find, the subway station is out for 3 minutes! The room is clean and elegant, the housekeeping staff is kind, the international universal adapter is only 10 yuan Hong Kong dollars, will come again next time.

Friendly reception! It was easy to request for another door card when I have locked myself out of the room. Drinks in the bar fridge are free of charge as well! Able to communicate in English and bedroom are decent! On the first day, they brought over snacks and drinks as well. Enjoyed my time here!

I feel so claustrophobic in this hotel,, the lobby are good.. but their hallway and room is so tiny for my size, I really dissapointed how mislead the internet pictures. The room feels so old and moldy. Even the feature inside the room is so old. The elevator entrance at hotel room is not like lobby lift entrance..

Quite small bathroom, but it has a bathtub. Clean room. Overall good.

Convenient location near Wanchai MTR station! Going out is where Lockhart can relax and have a good night's fun. It's more convenient if you have a ride! Get off at the street directly
