Too hot on the day we went and the lines were way too long. You really only get wet in the wave pool. I love the wave pool. Oh and the dressing rooms were flithy, I never seen anyone cleaning them. The seat in the changing rooms had a thick layer of dust.
Family fun all day in this waterpark, staff is super nice go and kick back.

Food prices are terrible, the ticket prices even more terrible, no places to sit in the shade and having to stand in line for 35 to 45 minutes for a ride is really ridiculous they need to get with the program and get this place right and make it really worth the money almost $4 for a glass of iced tea come on people really?
Cabana prices were high for a 1 day rental but the sever we had was amazing ! We had number 8 on opening day ! Bought season passes and will be returning . I might add on opening day we got in around 1230 a d we alere able to ride every ride open besides one that was closed for the day ! Will definitely be returning
Everything was Pretty good But the wave pool was sad compared to the other ones like the wave pool at great wolf lodge was great loads of waves at wnet n wild there was one large wave. the slides were great dheep tickets and everything
Get place to visit, food is very ridiculously priced but you do have the option to bring food and eat outside the park!
We took our Girl About Troop. They had a blast. It was a great day all around.

My kids and I spend a lot of summer vacation here the teen staff is great and are all always so nice. The is plenty for everyone in the family of all ages to enjoy. The cost is only worth it if you have a season pass otherwise the park is a bit pricey.
Lots to do. Everyone had fun from my 2 year old to my 45 year old. Definitely rent a cabana. Best part of the day was having a set place to keep our stuff and return to without having to worry about items being moved.
Miss Julia in HR/ONLINE SALES was the best! She understood that stuff happens and worked with me to make sure my son had his birthday celebration here- I can never thank her enough. The staff at the group sales windows and in the group sales department were also very nice. My son and his friends had a blast. Overall a great experience. Will be back soon!!!
Food is over priced Especially for children in this family setting. Multiple attractions for the children. Will continue to go tho it's best you pack a cooler w lunch items for mid day snacks.

Great place planing to get season passes. Had a cabana in ( happy harbor ) Madison our server was the best, continuely checking on us, friendly, polite and alwayed has a smile!!!
I love this place because it is fun and I can get a tan with out bugs eating me up, close to my house and affordable

Wanted to share my experience about Savion Ballard!!! What a asset to your company. He is always going above and beyond to make guests happy and always smiling!!! He is such a excellent contributor to Wet n Wild and deserves to be in upper management. I've seen him many times in different areas of the park and always happy and cheerful. My Rachel loves him and always talks about him when we leave!!!! Kudos to Savion.
I love this place because the adults enjoy it as much as the children. They have a variety of things for the whole family to enjoy. It's also adventurous and fun.

This place is the best and we did have a lot of fun. We had season passes and we went on all the rides they were AWESOME. In my point of view I think it's the only place where me and my family can have fun and relax ALL day .
Lots of nice slides and riders. Food is very expensive. Bring a cooler.

This was my first visit to Wet n Wild in 11 years. I am 22 now. I wasn't too familiar with how some things worked, such as where to go at the front of a line if the slide wasn't right there, but apparenlty that gave some staff members an excuse to catch an attitude and yell at me in front of everyone. Also, I would've thought that "Ride at your own risk" would've been more heavily enforced instead of making people wait all the way up until they get to the front of a line just to be weighed and turned away without a second thought. I'm not the skinniest person in the world, but I'm also not super heavy, and this was my first experience at a park where I was told that because of my weight I could not ride a ride, despite "Ride at your own risk" being printed on all the signs. It made me feel bad that I couldn't ride certain rides with my friends, especially because there were 3 of us, and most of the rides are for doubles. Unless some of these things change it may be another 11 years before I decide to return.

Awesome substitute for the beach when you can't get there. However, on my 2nd visit I had gotten hurt on the water slide & the 2 lifeguards were too busy talking to notice that I was bobbing up & down and could not not stay above water. End result:. torn MCL & Meniscus.
Great times! Lots of little kid activities and a decent selection of adult rides. A must see!
Park was clean and not too crowded. The people in food service are very slow so keep that in mind when getting food.

TERRIBLE!!!! You are penalized for purchasing off season-season passes! If you want to upgrade to a higher pass, you have to pay the difference of the ORIGINAL price!!!!! DO MOT PURCHASE SEASON PASSES during the off season. They were very rude and laughed in my face as they explained it to their superiors. Chuck Paul, the faciities manager talked over me and was very nasty in his tone towards me! I repeat... Do not purchase season passes during the off season!!! It is a waste of money!
Had a blast! So satisfied with the upgrades to the park, the little ones have so much to do now!
Bought season passes and the first time there my son got an infection on his lip from the nasty water no chlorine in the water took 4 weeks to get better then it left a scar not to hoppy..
Weather got bad but overall it was a fun place except the funnel cakes since they aren't fried like I'm use to but ran through an oven.
The staff was slow, the lines were long, and the computers crashed all day. It's like they weren't expecting guests today.
I wont be coming back. My money is better spent elsewhere.
Had fun for about an hour before the rain started. I wouldnt bother renting a cabana unless you want to waste money if it rains because I got told "it's to damn bad" from the manager when I tried to get a rain check for it. I understand that it rains but renting a cabana for a couple hours for the price they charge and getting told they are shutting down I just feel like we waisted money on something that this place didnt care about trying to get some kind of refund on it was hell and getting told to damn bad from a manager wasnt what I expected at all.
Today is the 2nd day that Wet n wild opened for summer 2018. You would think it being OPENING weekend that everything would be opened and ready but nope. The kiddy section was closed down for maintance. Also I have a 2 year old and that s what I came for so we decided to do the wave pool but nope the wave pool is closed also. You would think all this off time they had they would be ready for the OPENING weekend. Very disappointed.
Also they are very over priced.
My family loves coming here. If you are trying to save money, I would suggest packing sandwiches. Just simply get your hand stamped and return to the car to eat at lunch time and then go back in the park for more fun.

This is a great family outing. The prices are wonderful. Plenty of parking. Plenty of shade. Love the cooler holding system they offer and the free refills. My family loves going here.
This place is seriously the best water park ever. I am never disappoint when I come here and I come almost every year and all the time I have been not one time have I ever wanted to leave, I wish I could live there.
I wasn't impressed with the park. I hurt my back on one of the rides.

Being a season pass holder...i enjoy coming..to the point but I wish you guys would stay open to 7 more then 4 or 5 day out the season...and the 2nd thing a lot of ride Weight limit is more than most to people and even if you're over the weight limit you can't ride by yourself can you please explain that to me .....ex Dragon tail....we was over the limit...but then was told that could not ride alone...please help big people..out...we like rides too...
I wanted to tell you about my visit 7/27/16. Park opens at 10AM but many rides were closed until 11AM. Went to our favorite shipwreck pool and found that you can not longer jump off the rails of the ship. Went to wavepool and found that the waves were lower or one of the pumps were broke. The lifeguards at the wavepool were were a pain with their whistles... blowing them every 20 seconds. The yellow slide and blue tub slide that drop into the 7 foot pool made everyone wait until the previous riders were completely out of the pool. All of all my kids and I found these rides which were their favorites now very boring and more like kiddy areas. Oh, and the lifeguards at the lazy river were a royal pain in the ass. Don't touch the ground in a 3ft river, don't get off the float, don't bump don't breath, making a simple river run not fun at all. Went to lunch and there was no food ready. Had to wait for at least 30-40 minutes to get 3 hot dogs and fries. When rain came and we were offered a rain check the rain check was only good for 3 hours. In the past rain checks were good for another full day at the park. I'm not going to make another drive to Greensboro from Raleigh for 3 hours. The park has changed for the worst with their rules and taking a lot of the fun away. We will not be dropping another $300 at your park again!!!!

The children's area has a lot of chips and cracks in the pools. The toddler rides are in disrepair.
The food, locker rentals, parking and tickets are all over priced given the state of the facility.
If you have a young kid 6 or under.
Save your money and spend a day at a Great Wolf Lodge instead. Or anywhere else.
Went here in July and the lines were pretty good. If you really wanted to ride everything in one day you'd need a fast pass but you can still ride all the major slides without one. Lazy River gets crowded.
We have been season pass holders for the last 4 years. The staff at the cooler check- in was rude to us and acted as though it pained him to be there. And the sinks in the women's bathroom are still clogged from last week. Very disappinting.
We love going here. Do not count on lifeguards 100%.
