TERRIBLE!!!! You are penalized for purchasing off season-season passes! If you want to upgrade to a higher pass, you have to pay the difference of the ORIGINAL price!!!!! DO MOT PURCHASE SEASON PASSES during the off season. They were very rude and laughed in my face as they explained it to their superiors.
