It was so relaxing but those waves was coming so fast I flipped over but it was so fun see you all next sunday

Took my 10 year old daughter here as her first waterpark experience. Was not too busy right after opening, but it got quite busy in the afternoon.

It's great I go often I have a pacemaker an I still got on every ride.

We had a great time, nice place to just chill in the water

We got season passes and we completely enjoyed our visit. My husband ,8yr old daughter and 7mon old son and myself. It was nice we will be coming as often as possible. This summer before we leave the state.

Great water park, and if you're a member of secu, you can get cheap tickets. Marked a star down because the bathrooms could use updating, they get kinda gross during the last hour or so of the park being open.

Amazing water park! Great atmosphere and friendly people! line was long but it really wasn't no wait line kept moving fast! A must visit again Place!

This place has not been updated in prob 20 years, no new rides, still using sun faded umbrellas in the park, the wood and rods holding the water slides look as if they are break, rides even look like they need pressure washing, The food staff is esp rude and only gives one sauce per order, the food is disgusting. Please hire someone who will actually care instead of a bunch of teenagers who run this place. The bathrooms are so dirty and smell its just nasty.

This place was really fun. And the price was not to bad either.

2nd time going in 8 years, lines were terrible over 45 minute wait for adult rides!! People will jump you in line counted 12 in fifteen minutes, very upsetting!! Little kids under height restriction riding adult rides. Wave pool was dirty with band aids, people carrying drink cups that were spilling. Not enough lifeguards for the amount of people. And worst of all the ladies bathroom was so nasty!!! I understand it's a water park but I never saw anyone cleaning or restocking the 3 x we used bathroom. I think it's overpriced at $37.99 ticket. Bring your own food!! Don't waste money on food there. Train your staff to be polite if they don't like their job find another one! DONT WASTE MONEY AT THIS PLACE

Very disappointed when my son invited two friends to go with us to the park. Rain was expected until noon, but we still decided to go because we figured that the crowds would be less. We drove 1 1/2 hours from Raleigh in the rain to arrive at noon. Paid the $9 for parking and $160 for tickets and then the park closed at 2:30 pm! Not due to the weather, but due to the fact that there were not enough people in the park. WHAT?!?!?! I was told by an employee that this happens sometimes when the attendance is down due to the weather. We were given a rain check, but we'll still have reschedule and pay the gas and parking again. Very frustrating...

Overpriced food and drinks (unless you have a souvenir cup) but that's typical for water parks. There's a large amount of little kid areas and some great adult slides too. They're a little strict on some of the rules this year (we get season passes each year) on things like the lazy river... They allow line jumping and single riders to use double tubes yet yell at you if your feet are touching the bottom. My two and four year old wear floaties (coast guard approved ones) and the use to allow them to float in the water next to us since they don't fit in the huge tubes (and it's next to impossible to get double floats with the mesh bottom since so many single riders snatch them up), but this year they're not even allowed in the water. I'm hoping it's just because it's opening week and they loosen up as the season goes on.

DONT NOT WORK HERE THEY DONT PAY YOU ENOUGH TO STAND IN THE HOT SUN ALL DAY. THEY DONT GIVE YOU BREAKS.

I'm a coward when it comes to height and speed but they have so many fun things here. It's best with a friend to peer pressure you into things for sure.

The best waterpark I have been too. Plenty of rides to get on. Lines were not bad at all. Wave pools if you don't want to be in line and nice splash pads, pools for small toddlers. Clean park and with the exception of a young lady in the gift shop and her pregnant supervisor the staff was extremely pleasant and resourceful. They have a storage cooler place that you can rent because outside food is not permitted but there are benched tables positioned right next to the cooler rental booth so you can take a lunch break with your own food. Highly recommend doing that I bought a funnel cake and it was pre made funnel cake that they just heat up......it was awful. Overall it was a fun time and with a coupon relatively inexpensive. Would highly recommend.

They need to find a completely new way to have people lining up and processing season passes. The person in front of us was at the window for over 20 minutes and there were at least 50 people behind us. Do the math, that means some people would be standing there all day. also, there needs to be better clear signage as far as to what line you need to be waiting and so you don't spend an hour in line only to be told you're standing in the wrong line. That happened to several people also. There's a large shortage of standing maps within the park, I can't carry a paper map around in my soaking wet hand all day. when I ask where a map was, I had two different workers tell me they didn't know.
I just feel like there's a lot of price gouging going on including having to pay so much for parking, then paying to have somebody watch your cooler (really? I've never heard of such a thing in my life, I'll bring my own cooler babysitter next time, lol), and over $10 for one locker... Makes it almost impossible for the average family to have an affordable day out.
On a positive note, I was very impressed with the skill and attention level of the lifeguards. I personally saw three different incidents where they had to go in after someone and they were right on it. That's very important so kudos on that!

Not bad, but overcrowded on the weekends. Try to go during the week.

Ran down. Service was mediocre at best. We got a cabana and just wasn t impressed. The attractions are old and feel unsafe. The weight scales were broken so it was basically a teenager at the top judging people. I was fine but he claimed a child that was with us weighed more than 200lbs. She s chubby but not that chubby. Tried to report him but manager was surprise surprise also another teenage kid. I give two stars because there were a couple good attractions but overall I m being generous with the 2 stars. Completed a survey and asked to be contacted and no one every got back to me. No big deal I just won t return. There are better places to spend my money.

We live close to Asheville NC and we just visited Wet n Wild for the first time 3 weeks ago. We decided to do the 3 pay on season passes for the whole family since my husband is working in Greensboro at the moment. We have have already visited 3 times with 3 more visits planned in the next week. We LOVE it! How I never knew this place existed here in NC I don t know! First day we came the water was a lot colder and we carried our bags around and really had to learn the place. Since that day we ve learned the ropes and the water is so warm now, ahhh!!! We use our season pass for a discount locker, bring in as little as possible. Water shoes would be a great idea cause the pavement does hurt after awhile and gets HOT! We have a family of 5 and this last time we brought one towel in because honestly you dry off when walking around between stuff and to your car. Buy you a waterproof phone carrier lanyard to keep phone in for picture and to keep your money and cards in! With your season pass you get discounts on food and drink. Found out today a cup of ice water is free so you don t get dehydrated, so ask. Eat before you get there and honestly we ve been good til we leave at closing. Get the season passes guys!! Trust me it s worth it! 7 bucks more than general admission Wet n Wild and Greensboro is our new home away from home!!

Only an hour and a half away from Selma NC. Had a great time with the kids. $69 for 2 people, lockers $10 and $20. Parking $10 and you can also check your cooler if you don't want to go to the car! Please ride the Edge! Scary but worth it!

I ve been fortunate that a friend always takes me with one of their free passes and when it isn t too busy.

I don t deny that there are times that their water is a little chilly for me but I m anemic so my opinion on that shouldn t count. lol

The kids have a BLAST! I have a BLAST!

The food is pricey but good and is worth the splurge a little for the full experience.

I love making my friend s daughter happy by riding the big rides with her. The kids make this place worth every penny and hot toe.

I love this super nice for children and they have a lot of fun.

Can t wait to go back. We ve been going to this place for years and it s always a good time. Yes as the others mentioned the food is expensive but that s sadly the case with most water parks.

CHEATED. Google says they close at 7 but they close at 5. I just dropped $172 for 2 hours that was planned for 4. I'm more upset because my 10 year old niece from NY is visiting and I promised her this trip for doing well in school this past year. Do I blame Google or wet n wild for not updating their info on google. I wasn't the only person there upset.

Super fun but dated. Staff is not particularly friendly. Rides and other buildings are definitely showing their age.

The rides were good, but be prepared to spend 4/5 of your time waiting....Very long lines for rides and food.

My husband and I had tons of fun when we went for the day last year. I can't wait until they open again. Great place!

You buy a season pass and are advised you get 20% off and can bring two friends each time. Well this is not the case, or depending on the day. You should not sell a service and change the rules half way in the game, or educate your staff to the rules.

Very nice place to enjoy a day in the water. Especially the hot and humid days we have in the Carolinas. They have all kinds of rides suitable for all age groups. So don't be afraid to bring your kids.

I've been here several times and I love it. I wanna come here every summer for now on!!!

Great water park with lots to do. I love that they offer life vests for kids at pretty much every swimming area. We spent the entire day there and I was so worth it. Different rides/swimming areas for every age. Parking was easy as well (we paid for parking online with our tickets). Also, it was nice they had a cooler storage area, which does cost extra ($8 if I remember correctly depending on the size of the cooler) so we didnt have to lug our cooler around or leave it in the car.
