Wet and wild is Great for kids of all ages. Season passes is awesome as well 50$ all summer long!!! 3 stars only because it needs more shaded areas for hot days and its alot chairs without shade and food is expensive for plain tenders fries and pizza overall worth the money

Good value for both a 1x experience or repeat visits w a season pass. We got into the park on opening day in under 10 minutes from line at road to enter parking lot to line at gate admittance. There were 4 gates working and adequate staff to direct traffic flow. Note we purchased our season passes in advance online, so were able to barcode scan for quicker admittance than purchasing at the window. If you go more than 1x a season, the passes pay for themselves and if you plan to go more than 5 times a season, the parking add-on is a great value. They have a new promo this year w a refillable souvenir cup, 49.99. Again think season long for return visits, unlimited fountain drinks AND Icee refills! Concession Food prices are typical for onsite convenience, but you can tailgate or they allow you to bring your own coolers and store in their picnic area for a small fee. We chose to tailgate our food, able to walk from our chair at the wave pool to parking lot in under 10 minutes and back into the park thru the exit w a stamped hand. If you want to splurge, there are cabanas available. We did that once for a birthday party for one of our boys. For the adults, there is alcohol available, at typical ballpark prices, around $8 price point just for a beer or hard lemonade and I believe there are some frozen cocktail choices if not mistaken. There will be lines for rides, but a great variety of thrills for all ages from young kids to teens to adults. They also play music in the background.
Few cons I have is the wave pool access only has 1 entrance that bottlenecks because of safety, parents have to put younger kids in life jackets. And while that entrance is central, depending where you set up camp for your family can be a good walk from your chair or lounger on hot concrete w bare feet. There was also more foot debris(?) along the beachline for the wave pool than what you would expect for opening day. Since they allow water shoes, I am guessing gravel, dirt, grass, whatever can come in from parking lot to the pool gets in from the bottoms of water shoes. I dont know how that can really be resolved unless you have a spray off area like for removing sand at the beach before you get in the pool. It would also be nice if there were more dates open until 7p besides Saturdays. All-in-all a nice place to spend some time in the sun without having to pay higher pool membership prices, but moreso on the weekends for the working adult, because you cant really go after work after 5p during the week.
The waiting lines are half an hour to over an hour EACH for rides/slides. The food line even took 45 minutes. On my 8 hour visit, I believe I spent 6 hours in lines and two hours in the water. It's 20 dollars to rent a locker big enough to hold my shoes and my bookbag. 10 dollars to park. 30-45 dollars per person to come enjoy the water. They are making money hand over fist! They need to have enough rides to accommodate the number of patrons. I was very disappointed with the experience.
Traveled almost 2 hours and found it was more geared towards kids than I remember. It's just not the most young adult friendly waterpark. Great place for kids though!
A nice little getaway for the family. The lines were quite long, but if you spend the whole day there you should be able to experience everything. I have 3 small kids, and there are a few play areas designed just for them, so it was great to keep them entertained.
Had a fun time! Just wish some of the weight limits for certain rides were a little higher. It's hard for 2 people at 200+ to ride together. You would have to ride seperate. Otherwise had a good time.
It has plenty of pools and water attractions!! All ages from 2 yrs to almost 50 yrs had a good time. However, don't expect them to stand by their own policies. The dress code was NOT enforced even after it was shown to at least three employees that one woman's entire rear end was exposed. I expect to see this at the beach, but when I checked Emerald Points' website prior to our visit, it was clear that private parts are the remain covered. Also, lots of bare feet going around, too. (No, bare feet don't bother me, it's just another example of not enforcing policy.) Bags were barely inspected. We enjoyed our visit, but we were all appalled that our toddlers were exposed to naked butts AND that the park did not stands by its own policies.
We had a great time! We went on a Saturday. Before 130pm it was awesome.. not too many ppl there.. after 130 it got busy, but the rides went at a steady pace. You could see them testing the waters frequently which was nice. The food that was sold there was actually good! Also we got a rain check because of weather conditions... great visit. We will go.back again
Good family fun during the summer for local residents. The rides have not been updated in the longest time, and no new rides have been installed either. Making the lines too long during busy hours; at least you'll work out that tan. The park does not feel very sanitary and always always have on foot wear when you enter a bathroom. Food and drinks are over priced, as to be expected. Though, if you plan to come here often I would recommend investing in a season pass.
Very good place to have fun in the water. But this place doesn't let you bring food inside because they just want you to pay for their food. And they wasted my time because they did not let us inside the pools because they thought that there was a storm and they don't let us in the pools even though there is no storm. And their kinda racist because I was at the pool and this lifeguard said something and I couldn't hear him and then there was this other guy who told me that in Spanish and I think that's kinda racist because they saw that I was Hispanic. Not the most recommended water park!
Great and fun water park, but be prepared to pay a lot for the food. I would pack a lunch or whatever. They do let you go out and eat they have picnic tables and places to sit and eat. So 5 stars, but 1 star for the food!!
They dont stay open late. My daughter has to do summer school and I have to break it to her she may not.even get to use her season pass because yall close early we wouldn't get there till 4 you close at 6. RIP off for pare ts who work and kids who have summer reading! Also no where did it say guests only on the week days. There dad works why would he be able to go on the week day!!!!!
There are so many people there you are literally shoulder-to-shoulder at all times. That just skims the surface let me tell you about how it cost $10 every time you park then when you get up to the gate you have to register and pay for them to store your cooler what you cannot get to unless you leave the complex. Plus on top of that me and my family has went the past two weekends in a row both days we opted to get the rain check because we did not even get to ride one ride either time. So no I would not suggest anyone waste their time or money on this well money racket is all it is. It's an old amusement park that they've tried to update and failed.
We visited on a Saturday afternoon, ignoring the warnings lol . To our surprise the lines were all incredibly fast! We only ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes each. Except for the rush rapids one, I would not recommend going with friends More
Long lines and the kids running it take forever to let you go.Plus the bathroom where you change was shut down and they wouldn't tell us when we could get in to change.
Great time taking the kids, hadn't been there since the 80's when I was a kid. A few gripes are: outrageous prices for lockers, bathrooms seem few and far between and not bare foot friendly/clean.
Slides were fun and the lines stayed moving steadily. The wave pool was too cold to enjoy, even late in the summer season when the water should be at the warmest. Was told by my friend that the pirate pool was way colder.
Was nice. Hardly anything handicap accessible so they should reduce prices for those in wheelchairs. Was not handicap friendly. Not enough handicap parking either.
