Emerald Pointe Resort Conference Center and Golf Club Review

Cold showers, 2 days without housekeeping, loose handle on toilet, loose toilet seat, phone did not work. When we went to the front desk one of the employees said he was sorry, they just don t have enough staff. I guess it is pet friendly and that is fine but we watched dog owner after dog owner walk their dogs just past the pools onto the grass where there is a good amount of people traffic, I would not allow my child to walk in that area. They need a dog potty area and they need to enforce it. This location does have nice views but that s about it.

We came down here for our honeymoon in early 2018 and i can say that it felt like a honeymoon too! We reserved months ahead and let the hotel know that it was going to be a honeymoon, they made sure we had a really nice room couple flours up and made sure we enjoyed our view. We stayed a little over a week and we loved it. The staff was so friendly, they have a lot of amenities including a little private island which we enjoyed so so much! I highly recommend this place! Great prices, beautiful environment! Will be coming back for anniversaries! Thank you Sheraton! We will keep coming back and supporting this business!

Reapet is very nice and is also clean! The views are amazing. Only downside I would have to give it was there parking structure is terrible. Highly recommend unit 828 good view and recently remodeled!

Our spring break stay at this property was one of the worst I ve had at a Marriott. There were no towels in the room when my family checked in. Called guest services three times and they said they were sending someone to bring towels but no one came. Thankfully we brought our own beach towels, so we ended up using those. Housekeeping missed our room two days in a row and didn t clean it. Tried calling front desk multiple times and it was difficult to get someone on the phone. When an agent did answer, he promised the manager would call us back in 20 minutes. We never received a call. The service was below average and such an inconvenience for us during what was supposed to be a relaxing time away for my family. Besides that, the property is dated. The pools outside were dirty. The rooms are tight and the bathrooms need updating. Would not stay here again and do not recommend if you want a clean and worry-free stay.

I loved it. The rooms are clean and it doesn't smell. The breakfast is not that great. It is better to eat out because it's less expensive. Great place for families. There's is catamaran that takes you out to a private island.

Nice resort style hotel with lots of fun to be had. I only stayed for a night as a birthday gift to myself, but I could see myself bringing back the whole family. The amenities are nice: two pools, a hot tub, nice private beach, a couple restaurants, boat rentals, on site golf course, spa, etc check on their website for all the details. It s a nice relaxing feeling having a private beach to go to without fighting traffic. Breakfast bar was a little expensive for what they offered but hey what ya gonna do? The rooms were very nice. The staff was a little testy sometimes when asked questions they kind of gave me the run around a little bit. All in all for only one night I left with a very good impression of this place, close enough to front beach road for daily trips to the strip, but far enough away to avoid most of the congestion on departure. Loved it.

The management of the hotel was chaotic. When we checked in, the hotel told us that the same room exceeded the reservation. At last, it made us wait for more than two hours and temporarily arranged a room for decoration. There was only one sofa in the living room and one desk lamp. The walls were damaged and the furniture was covered with dust. I can't believe it's a room for 300 dollars a night. We didn't ask them to clean the room every day. When we called and said we needed to change the towel, we called twice and no one came. Is this Sheraton Hotel?

This is a fantastic off the strip hotel & resort.

It has a Starbucks (a must have for parents on vacation with their kids), a Spa (another must have), private beach, several pools and hot tubs, indoor and outdoor restaurants, oh, and free laundry.

Our room walked right out to the pools and it was awesome for the kids. Very convenient.

We didn t golf, but it appeared to be a pretty nice course.

I highly recommend coming here, especially if you have kids!

Great hotel! The hotel staff is amazing, going above and beyond to make the guests happy! Beautiful private beach! 3 restaurants! If I could I give 6 stars!
