I visited the retail shop outside the mill which had a good variety of bed linens, quilt covers, pillows, cushions and bed sets. The good thing was very reasonable price and the bad thing was rude behavior of staff over there.

The place is crowded, mismanaged and disorganised. On the flip side, it has good quality stuff at great prices. There is no regular stream of products or any product line, merchandise comes in lots and so it can either be a hit or a miss. The stuff manufactured/ produced at the Kohinoor Mills is only available here and not anywhere else.
