I love Emerald City Bagels! I would consider them the best in the state, maybe even the country. They have really unique bagel and cream cheese flavors that are worth the hype, and their homemade seltzers are incredible. Their employees are always friendly and kind, and have stayed that way throughout the pandemic.

However, every time I order an egg and cheese bagel sandwich, the cheese is inadvertently left off. This is frustrating because I pay an extra dollar for it every time. And even on an everything bagel, an egg on its own makes for a very plain sandwich. Can anybody from the franchise help me with this issue?

My order was placed online and scheduled to be picked up at 11:36 a.m. . I approached the window at 11:32 at which time they told me my order wasn't ready yet and she would call me when it was. I waited until 11:50, got back in line, and then spoke with the woman at the window. She spent about 5 to 10 minutes looking at my phone and the order number, going around talking to other employees, and generally just showing that nobody had their clue as to what they should be doing. Finally, 10 minutes after my second arrival at the window, the decision was made that they were going to go ahead and just remake my two bagels with cream cheese. They remade them and gave me the food. The whole situation was obnoxious, wasted half an hour of my time, and then to top it all off, the bagels weren't toasted and the whole product was subpar. If you're going to charge $4 for a bagel and cream cheese at the very least have a good product, and then beyond that get your customer service game up because that was atrocious. I will never be back here and anytime anybody mentions it to me I will tell them to stay away or to go eat some dirt instead.

This bagel shop is great in every way. Delicious high quality ingredients, excellent service, and an appreciation for people. Online ordering is a breeze and they have excellent COVID safety protocols - I really get the sense that they care about their community and their employees.

Man I ll keep this short. The only genuine bagels in Atlanta to my knowledge. I m absolutely willing to take that back if someone knows another place but let me warn you: If its not boiled its just a roll with a hole.

Best decision I've made for breakfast sandwich catering! The "Suffolk" (basically lox cream cheese bagel) is super perfect. The staff is great, it was my first time there and I asked for recommendations by basically saying "give me what people like" and they took care of me. Coffee's great too, and you can get it in a box.

The ordering system can be confusing given the all-virtual shift and when you go to pick your order up there is a mishmash of lines with no delineation of who is standing where for what.

My wife enjoyed her bagel sandwich but my cinnamon sugar bagel was highly disappointing. It only had the faintest dusting of cinnamon sugar on one exterior side (as well as some random sesame seeds). I would have expected cinnamon swirls throughout the bagel itself or something more substantial, as it was I could barely detect the cinnamon sugar.

First time here recently. Seems that they have gone to an online only ordering system. Bagel was great; lox was wonderful. Definitely appreciated the thinly sliced onions! A bit of a drive, but would go again if I'm in the area.

The bagels are delicious but they get my order wrong EVERY TIME . I always order to have my bagel toasted, it s never toasted. A few times they gave me a completely different order and I would have to turn around for them to correct it. It s unfortunate because the staff is great and the food tastes food but I cannot continue going if my order is wrong every single time. It s ridiculous. I ordered this morning again, my order is wrong. Smh.

If I could give them a 00 I would, especially for customer service. One can t even call in an order, you have to go online, which is a joke. They care more about themselves than their customers. The vaccine works, everyone is wearing masks, what s the point. Guess their ability to go face to face with a customer is non existent. I ve had their bagels in the past and they passed but not the best south of NY. Those are in New Bern, NC.
I yearn for the Royal Bagle, that was located in Ansley Mall, or Highland Bagle, on Highland next to Blind Willie s. Our morning was ruined as we were jonesing for an all the way bagel.
And East Atlanta, a wannabe neighborhood of posers.
